Review Time
My chiller didn’t work when it arrived, I think the compressor is seized or the motor is bad. Every 30 seconds it makes a loud noise and vibrates like it’s trying to start, but can’t. I’ve probably had 15 emails back and forth with people trying to troubleshoot it and the few ideas they have had didn’t work. I’ve had this thing set up and ready to go for over a month and still don’t have a working chiller, just a tub full of room temperature water. At this point I’m tempted to request a refund and ship it all back. I was excited when I bought this and now it’s just become another stress of life. Why does customer service seem so impossible for companies anymore?
Great product for the price. Great health benefits with no financial burden. Perfect for those wanting to try a steam sauna but reluctant to purchase others due to price. This unit doesn't take up much space and is efficient and effective. Portable as well. Very happy I went this route, and now have no reason to look at anything else. Great customer service.
What made my experience great with nurecover was not just the customer service but with the product itself. The sauna being so easy to move around is a games changer. I travel alot and having a sauna where ever I go is important. Easy to clean, easy to put together and take apart. Dries extreamly fast after cleaning and or after using. It's great to get away and have your own quiet place away from the gym. A clean personal sauna is a must after experiencing it once, you'll never go back to your smelly nasty gym sauna.
One of the best purchases I have made in a long time! My heating unit stopped working, I contacted the company and they sent me a new one with NO charge. They have been very responsive and professional since I bout my unit over a year ago! I would definitely recommend this product and company to anybody looking for a portable steam/sauna room
