Buyer Beware !!! I purchased one of these setups in July 2024, and I just received my ( 6th ) non working heating canister. The canisters either leaked water or would melt the wires on the motherboard. I sent nurecover video and pictures and after the 5th canister I asked for a refund, they sent me another canister. It failed also, I asked for a refund again, they offered me a $50.00 credit for the heat canister. And sent me my 6th non working canister. Now I have a $400.00 tent because a sauna is worthless without the heating canister. I still have not received a working heating canister as of August 4th 2025....Buy a different brand...
Awful experience with this product. The steamer broke four times, and I had to keep requesting replacements. I asked for a refund but was told that since the product had been opened, they couldn’t issue one—even though it was clearly defective. After the fourth steamer broke, I gave up and had to call it a loss. Terrible product and just as bad customer service.
Horrible product. Steam unit broke multiple times and took months and multiple follow ups to get a new one. Chair that comes with it is too small for even a child to use. I ended up buying a 3rd party steam unit and told them to keep the junk after multiple returns.
Customer service was excellent! I made a mistake when ordering but it was quickly resolved by your staff. The sauna/steam works excellent. Temperature was up to 110 degrees and going when I stepped out. The cold plunge is filled up and ready for use with no leaks. Both units work well for an inexpensive tool to booster your health!
The quality of the sauna is terrible for the money, I was shocked cos it was like 3 times as expensive as ones on amazon so I assumed it would be high quality. It came with a free ice bath but I already had one which was of the same quality but half the price they sell it for. If you are reading this and don’t believe me about the quality just look at YouTube reviews. I wish I had.
Very disappointed this morning we got the steam sauna and cold plunge about 5-6 months ago but was waiting to set up my shed to put them inside finally completed the shed all was well with both for about a week then the steamer stopped working and wouldn’t even turn on agai ln we are beyond disappointed and hope this will be rectified it cost us a lot of time money and effort for it to crap out after one week, one week pretty sad ? That’s not cool at all.
Purchased the sauna and ice bath combo. Only the sauna arrived. When I reached out to customer service they informed me that a 20% discount code I used negated the bundle offer. My order summary clearly shows the “free” ice bath included in my purchase. I dont find the price of the sauna only to be a value so I will be returning it. This is clearly a “bait and switch “ tactic on the part of Nurcover.
