I was excited to get the infrared steam sauna and ice tub when I purchased the Tropic Pro version.The website definitely misleads consumers with the "100 Day Money Back Guarantee" under the warranty and guarantee section. NureCover claims the infrared sauna ( not infrared, it's a $2 red strip light from Walmart) gets up to 130 deg F, however the best I could get it to was 106.1. NureCover states that as long as the sauna is in a warm climate, the sun is shining directly down on it, let it warm up for 20-30 minutes and stand on one leg while whistling, then it should get to 130.I love the ice tub except it leaks at the drain spout and I've tried many things to get it to stop leaking, nothing has worked yet. I've reached out to NureCover and because both products have been used there is no refund. So you have a 100 day money back guarantee as long as you don't use either product, how is anyone supposed to know how the products work if you can't use them???? Make it make sense! NureCover only shows positive reviews ( I'm guessing they're fake) as the tub and sauna are both made from cheap material from China. Get more accurate reviews on Reddit as NureCover can't erase them. You also can't comment on their social media, I'm guessing due to the overwhelming bad reviews. Stay away from this company as they love to take the money and run away.
I purchased the Sauna/ice plunge combo through an ad on instagram. I have seen so many different products in this market and the price point caught my attention. My order arrived in less than a week and I am thrilled with both the sauna and plunge. I have taken an ice bath everyday for almost 4 weeks now and I love it. It sets the mood for my entire day. I still haven’t gotten use to the post plunge shivering, but from what I am reading, that means it’s working. The sauna I use every 3-5 days in the evening and it has improved my sleep tremendously. Dollar for dollar these two products are great, I would purchase them again.
Received our sauna, after a few days of not receiving our ice pod I reached-out to customer support. It took DAYS for customer support to finally email me back. I received two emails from two different people/support staff. 1) “Assured” me the ice pod is “on its way”2) the 2nd one said because I used a discount code, they “removed the free ice pod”. -what?! Where does it say that in any writing??After I had placed the order, they sent me an email saying that the ice pod would be shipped separately. So if it was true a “welcome15” discount code removed the ice pod- a) why was it still on the order sheet. b) why would I receive an email post order about it?!Just seems very scammy…Also, around the same time placed an order for the face mask. 9 days of no movement of the “tracking information”…To a review of the sauna and usage. Well it leaks a lot of water during usage- buy lots of towels.The steam machine thing- ya it works. However the buttons don’t work like you would think. Watch videos online.I have a BUNCH of people that were interested in my wife & I results with this & this company. NOT impressed!! I will update this if they make it right. I have been saving screenshots & emails.
