Well I love product thus far sauna get Hot haven't used dry heat as of yet I do think you need to make better a higher chair and the poles designed to be frame of sauna are really flimsy needs to be heavier and tighter tolerances falls apart to easy would ease in assembly..
Still waiting on 1/2 my order. I emailed a couple weeks after and customer service is slow to respond. Product still not here. I canceled my subscription and will most likely request a partial refund from my CC company if the balance of the order does not arrive soon. Not impressed
I’ve been waiting for my order for more than a month. I have already been charged for my next shipment before receiving the first one. I emailed and messaged support 2 days ago to cancel my order and subscription and haven’t heard back. Highly disappointed with Nurecover.
I ordered the methalyne blue from nurecover of July 11th. Still hasn't arrived 30 days later and counting. Their website clearly states ships from USA and arrival between 3-5 business days. They also state they have 3rd party testing showing how pure their methalyne blue is. Yet when I emailed customer service about my product shipping from China and the lack of transparency for their so called 3rd party testing results they basically brushed it aside. This thing is a piece of trash the poles all melted after the first use and their customer service has been non-responsive. Do not buy anything from this company they have the worst customer support of any company! Cheaply made and poor design.
