Plus a month delivery

They asked for a review, they(Nurecover). And my order still hasn't been delivered, and it's been over a month. So here's the review... Deliver orders more expeditiously or at the very least tell customers orders make take 30 plus dayzzzzze! Thanks 👍🏼

Just don’t!!

Tried to cancel my order immediately after placing it. They ignored me until they shipped it. I’ve been trying for days on end to get them to acknowledge and help me return it. I’m sure they are ignoring me until my window to return it runs out. Make sure you understand what you were buying because what you’re actually getting versus what they advertise doesn’t add up. You can buy the same thing for much cheaper on Amazon.If I could give them zero stars I would. Worst “customer service” I have ever dealt with. Do not buy!!

Shipped a used/returned sauna

Upon opening the boxes and setting up sauna I found that it was a used / returned open box type of shipment and was not brand new as I had hoped to expect. The reason being is that when I scan the QR at the back of the manual for the full instructional manual it says…. “Your Account has been deleted.Please contact our support team.”I’ve on had the sauna and pod under 2 weeks and have used 2-3 times each.Aside from it being used it’s been okay to good. I’ll give it some more time to take in the full effectiveness of using both wellness items.

Still waiting for the main piece.

Still waiting for the main piece.I haven't tried all the replacement parts, but I'm missing the PodPro. The shipping company left no notice or way to reach them, don't answer the phone. NureCover doesn't reply to my emails. You have no certainty of service with them.

I started using the sauna after…

I started using the sauna after workouts for recovery, but what surprised me most was the mental clarity it brought. I feel more present, less anxious, and far more energized throughout the day. Pairing it with the cold plunge has made me feel like a completely new person.

The product is awesome, but...

The product is awesome. I've been using it for the past few weeks and I love it. I haven't used the ice bath yet but the cover that's supposed to come with it is missing. Other than that great product and the delivery was good too

I haven’t received any of the products…

I haven’t received any of the products yet since three weeks ago so I can’t really tell you if I like or dislike the products. I truly dislike the shipping process so far. I paid for the 3 to 5 days shipping and you failed miserably on that.

Extremely brilliant idea in theory

Extremely brilliant idea in theory. Likewise, very tedious assembly. Instructions, barely clear enough to help. The assumption is, if I tell you the number of poles, that should be enough to help assemble a diamond shape… Grounding Mat was being Internationally Shipped, has taken over a month, still not here. Very bizarre. Haven’t used it yet due to frustration with the company.

I ordered my products over a month ago…

I ordered my products over a month ago and have only received half of what I ordered. I got my sauna which I do like a lot. I ordered the ice pod and chiller and still to this day have not received or have any updates of when I am gonna receive it. I have sent multiple messages to the support and keep just getting automated messages that my order is fulfilled. This is unacceptable. No one will talk to me and I have left my phone number on multiple occasions. So your communication skills could be much better if you’re asking for what can improve your company. Hopefully the person reading this will reach out and tell me where my ice pod and chiller. Hopefully someone has the decency to call a customer that has paid in full for a product that he has not been able to use. My guess is this will go unanswered like the rest of my inquiries. Thanks for your time.
