Not a great experience

Extremely disappointed as the unit that arrived has a different countries power point. I'm not even sure if adheres to Australian standards. So now I have a unit that is sitting in the garage that I cannot use. Extremely disappointed.

I asked to cancel my autoship because I have not even tried my first bottle. The customer service person did not even acknowledge my concern, just offered advise on how to use a product unlike what I purchased. Perhaps you should be a little more attentive and read the actual issue prior to answering. I will be disputing my cc charge, since guys won't acknowledge my request.

Zero Star Review

If I could give zero stars, I would do so. My order was placed on July 22nd and I was promised 3-5 days for delivery. Now, on August 11th I have still yet to receive my order and the tracking information provided is extremely vague as to where my package is or if it has been lost. I reached out to nurecover support and asked for a refund but an AI generated response is the reply I get each time. The customer service is non-existent.

Your company is a scam

Your company is a scam. After receiving the sauna I realized what others had said was true. It’s cheap, not worth it and no one responds to complaints.

Still missing part of order

Still missing part of order. Plunge had a leak that I had to patch. Also the heater takes way longer than advertised to get up to proper heat

Slightly scammy so far

I ordered the sauna and pod chiller combo about 3 weeks ago and so far have only received the sauna part.. very slow shipping, not even sure if the rest will show up considering it’s all cheap china garbage. Super low quality material & im not even sure if you can call it a sauna. It’s basically a pressure cooker that funnels the steam into a giant lunch bag. Not impressed so far

So far we love it!

Been using the sauna for about two weeks. Certainly help with the aches and pains of getting older. My wife is also now using it as well. We both are getting used to it and increasing temperature and duration. Seems well built, we replaced the batteries of the red light and use an AC power supply which saves buying batteries.

Plus a month delivery

They asked for a review, they(Nurecover). And my order still hasn't been delivered, and it's been over a month. So here's the review... Deliver orders more expeditiously or at the very least tell customers orders make take 30 plus dayzzzzze! Thanks 👍🏼

Just don’t!!

Tried to cancel my order immediately after placing it. They ignored me until they shipped it. I’ve been trying for days on end to get them to acknowledge and help me return it. I’m sure they are ignoring me until my window to return it runs out. Make sure you understand what you were buying because what you’re actually getting versus what they advertise doesn’t add up. You can buy the same thing for much cheaper on Amazon.If I could give them zero stars I would. Worst “customer service” I have ever dealt with. Do not buy!!
