Abysmal Customer Service

I needed to return a sauna heater that was unopened. The company simply picks and chooses which support emails to answer based off of what I’m assuming is complexity. There is no human to contact for returns.After finally getting a response and a return address, for which there was a restocking fee, I sent it off. Well, it was accepted and I can’t get my refund! The company will NOT answer my inquiries.This is simply a fraudulent company with a massive hole in their customer service game, seemingly by choice. STAY AWAY!

Not worth it even on a deal

I went and purchased the pip up sauna with the free ice bath and added on a sauna heater for a dry hot sauna experience. The sauna and ice were delivered quickly and as expected but neither unit quite matched the attached assembly instructions. Differing numbers of plastic poles/connectors and missing accessories. As if I recieved a different model from the instructions. The sauna cover appears to be too short for the poles I recieved and I had to cut almost an inch off each to get the cover snug but not bending then. The ice bath assembled as expected and was very easy to set up. No leaks. However the lid does not fit it well and falls right through the top of it no matter how much it is blown up. Worst of all its been almost a month and the heater has not arrived. The sauna with some minor adjustments has made due as a hot sauna with a simple space heater but it does not get up to full temp.

The sauna heats up incredibly fast and easily hits over 185°F. It feels strong, durable, and way more powerful than I expected from an at-home setup. Honestly, it beats the one at my local gym.

Cheap quality. Customer service portal is tough to deal with. Wanted to cancel before my credit card was even charged, was told I couldnt a week later.

Overpriced

Overpriced. And when I started a return after finding the same items at more then half off they rejected the return, because I wasn't nxt to my box and sent stock photos. But I assured them the items where still in the box at the front door
