Been using the sauna and ice bath for several months, overall really great for the price point! The sauna had plastic poles that started to deform. I reached out to Nurecover and they sent me new metal poles to install. Really great customer service experience!
I haven’t received my product yet, 20 days after ordering. They keep sending me emails trying to sell new product. I still haven’t tired what I ordered!! This company is horrible!!! I’ve asked for my money back and they reply with shipping status, which still has not shipped!! Horrible customer service and experience. Don’t waste your money on them.
Purchased an item 3 weeks ago, still haven't received it. I contacted customer support because I did a subscribe and save. They did not respond, I have no clue if concurrent charges will be placed, and if they will charge me for the second item before I've even received the first.
Part of my recent order was not shipped and did not arrive on the designated arrival date. I was not notified at purchase that one of the items would be late. It is now over 3 weeks later and I still do not have the item I paid for which is preventing me from using other items that arrived. In addition, I have emailed customer service 3 separate occasions asking for an update on the status of my delivery with no response or support. I continuously receive your marketing emails to spend more money but have yet to get a clear answer on a purchase I have made and not yet received. Your customer service is terrible and the lack of communication is extremely frustrating.
Placed an order on a Saturday afternoon and after reading some of these reviews decided it would be in my best interest to cancel the order. I emailed them 2 hours after the order was replaced asking for it to be cancelled. I received a response that they can’t cancel it since it has already been processed for delivery, which was a lie. I received part of my order but have yet to receive the chiller or ice bath. When I requested to cancel again and that I’ll send back the partial order, I was told everything has shipped and they couldn’t cancel. Weeks later and nothing, order still says pending shipment. It’s been lie after lie. I’m fine sending it back for my refund, but I can’t even get everything I ordered to send back even though they tell me it’s been shipped.
