Review Time
The customer service is abysmal with this company. I like the heater I purchased. It says it heats the space up to 185 degrees. The highest I can get the heater to heat my sauna is 145 degrees. I ordered two other products through this company and I have yet to receive them after 3 weeks. No one will answer my messages with customer service. I’m just left to flap in the breeze and probably will never receive my missing products.
I was impressed with how fast it was delivered and how solid the build feels. The performance is strong and consistent, making it a perfect fit for serious recovery. I ordered 23 days ago and my chiller still hasn’t shipped. Their customer service is horrible, they don’t answer for days, then say they will get back to me but never do… I will wait for another week (1 month will have passed) and dispute the charge with my credit card company. I told them I want to cancel or refund if they can’t tell me when it will ship, no answer.
UPDATE! I recieved my chiller! Cant wait to give it a go. Just got out of the suana and love that feeling. I've developed a little cold and feel much better after a little suana therapy. I am planning to buy the ceramic sauna heater soon. Thanks again. I love the suana once it is to temp which takes about 10 or so minutes. The clips for the red light could be a little stronger. They come off easy with the slightest touch. I'm wanting to buy the new dry heater in the future. My main issue is that I never recieved my chiller pump for the ice bath. I had an email converstion with Adam who said it would arrive last week but still has not showed.
this company is selling products labeling them in stock and then not having them in stock. when you call they say give them 48 hours to look into it while their policy is delivery in 3-5 days. I've been waiting 7 days and they uploaded a tracking number that is saying the items haven't shipped but when i contact them they say it shipped and give them 48 hours to review. more time to review than to ship the items. Terrible customer service, slow answers, advertising products in stock that aren't and then a 20% restocking fee for a not in stock item. what a joke. I will be opening a claim with my Credit card company to dispute the charge and ill be sending a letter to the AG of CA to have this company put on notice for false advertising and scamming
