Absolutely love the sauna. Since I’ve gotten it I’m able to save money on gym memberships by dropping my current expensive one (since it has a sauna). Now I can opt for a cheaper gym membership and use the sauna anytime I want. I’ve been able to recover after long hard days at work, recover faster after the gym and sleep better
I bought the nurecover sauna/steam room for my wife for her birthday, the bonus was that the immersion pod came with it for free. We had moved from Ireland to Switzerland so I wasn't sure how long the delivery would take, each time I sent a mail to the guys at nurecover regarding delivery times they were straight back to me giving me updates on delivery. The delivery arrived the day before her birthday, It couldn't have worked out any better.My wife has been using the steam room and pod every day since and she loves it. I have tried it myself a couple of times, yes there's room for two, and I have to say it worked brilliantly. The quality of the product is excellent. I would highly recommend it to anyone who's sitting on the fence deciding whether to buy one or not, definitely worth the money.
Had to wait over a month for the chiller to arrive only to find out it looks nothing like the picture they show. The filter is completely different and a cheap knock off. The pump is separate from the chiller/filter and is a cheap fish tank pump. The filter and pump aren't attached and don't attach to the chiller. The connectors are cheap and fall apart, for a couple dollars they could of made them 10 times better. The photo shows the tube's as insulated, but they are not. The instructions aren't even really instructions, some about how to operate the chiller, but full of typos and makes no sense. Reached out to return or at least partial refund but nothing heard back. Spent about $100 to make it somewhat functional.
I ordered the sauna and ice pod because of the deal offered. They were both easy to set up and work great! A part broke with the sauna steamer, but when I called customer service, I got a replacement part shipped the next day! I was extremely pleased with the amazing customer service!
Epic sauna experience in the comfort ofMy own home!! It took 15 minutes to setup, even less for the steam to start and I was enjoying a true spa experience in my own home. My skin and breathing were better and all those little aches and pains disappeared. Best investment I have made in 2024.
The tent is very thin and cheap feeling and I doubt it's triple insulated like what I paid extra for ,on top of that the steamer is just like a kettle constantly boiling and ofcourse this doesn't heat the tent up enough to get any of the health benefits from sauna, red lights also came in a Chinese packet and are very cheap feeling , basically fairy lights but red so I doubt they are the right frequency for red light therapy. After months of emails back and forwards they refused refund and sent me a new steamer , with two of the kettle steamers going at the same time (racking up an electric bill) it finally got hot enough but because of the extra steam you would be soaking wet and being scalded. It's not a sauna it's a steam room. Ice bath is good, would have liked it to come with the lid instead of that costing extra . All in all it's not worth the money for a pile of cheap Chinese junk.
