Update: they asked for more contact info, it was provided, and still nothing. My emails are not responded to, no new contact was attempted as a result of this conversation. Don't be fooled, it's just the illusion of customer service. After 3 different steam units breaking, one resulting in electrical damage to the outlet, I have given up on this device. One of the plug-in prongs came off in the outlet, one sprung a leak, and the last one just never actually turned on. The sauna shell itself was satisfactory. While mediocre in quality, comparable to anything you could find on Amazon for a lower price, it never failed, ripped, or broke down in any way; unlike the steam unit.I would not recommend this product as more affordable alternatives exist. While touted as a high-end alternative, it's just a different logo on the same products.
I have ordered a tropic sauna and a cold plunge with chiller 2 weeks ago and only recieved the sauna which worked for 5 minutes and now won’t even turn on!! No one will reach out to me to help with the missing cold plunge and chiller or the not working steamer which only worked for 5 minutes.Worst product ever and just wasted 2500 bucks!! Do not buy it’s a scam!!
The item was easy to purchase, but unfortunately they didn’t have a queen sizes so I just got a single to test it out. Fortunately it was just a flat piece of fabric (no elastic) so I could just lay it down on top of my sheet. It stays in place remarkably well….possibly in part because it actually started improving my sleep straight away. It definitely works. I’ve been really struggling with being in an apartment off the ground, coming from 20 country acres. The grounding sheet DEFINITELY helps.
