My sleeps are soo good on my sauna days. The sauna is spacious, I've had the smaller tents and been, literally, burned (I'm a small 5'4). Spacious, warm, heats up so quick. I only wish it had a water level alert so you'd have a better idea when the water is low or going to run out.
The steamer unit doesn’t get that hot and it died before I had it for a year. I replaced it with one with good reviews on Amazon that gets much hotter and is supposed to have a much longer lifespan. The floor of the sauna tore very easily and had to be repaired with flex seal. The chair it came with rusted out and broke while sitting on it before its year mark as well.
The sauna worked better than i thought it would. I love it. I use it with the ice plunge a few times a week. I broke the top of my steamer. But the customer service great. They replaced it. It was easy and no hassle. I really appreciate when a company resolves issues promptly. I highly recommend this product.
It arrived pretty quickly after my order however there needs to be better instructions on using the sauna and the recommended settings etc. and should point out that it takes at least 15 minutes to get warm. And the chair that is provided is too small and very low to the ground.
What a product!! My high school athletic trainer told us to ice bath 🛁 back in 90’s. Now, I’m 50 years old and found the fountain of youth again courtesy of NURECOVER!! Thank you 🙏🏾 and keep making your product available and making it better.
