Easy to put together and easy to use

This company is a scam

This company is a scam, they don’t stick by their warranty and their customer service sucks. I tried to return my tent sauna the same day it arrived and they refused to give me a refund. The product is crap quality and they offer no help. Very disappointed

Loving it so far

As others have mentioned, it's not super "hot" and takes a bit to get going so fill up the tank and turn it on and return 10-15 minutes later. I added the red light, but feels likes it's just a red light strip and I'm not sure of any benefit. Should have gotten the free ice tub instead. Recommend placing a towel in the pod with you and set the steam unit on it. It's gets really hot. Otherwise, it's great so far!

Used first time tonight

Used first time tonight, does take some time to heat up, which we can plan ahead no problem, will be returning the red light option, It is horrible, zero light, the clips do not hold and constantly falls down, no thanks.

The black steamer broke- power went out…

The black steamer broke- power went out and I can’t turn it on. I tried to email every possible Nurecover email to get a replacement but no reply- just more marketing emails. SMH. Scam.
