Great product and even better customer service. I had a couple hiccups with my order but it was no problem and solved quickly. I honestly can't say enough about this company, and I recommend it to everyone I talk to about my sauna and ice bath. Thank you for everything!
I had read tons of reviews about this product. I have alot of stress and getting older lots of joint pain. I decided to give this product a try. I’ll be honest i feel better, my joints are better. It’s my place of zen after work. Listening to the Word and sitting in the sauna i feel so serene.
For the price tag, I was not expecting spa quality sauna or steam room but I was expecting more than three uses before I had an issue. The steam unit itself completely stopped working within the first several days. it was dead. However, I called customer support and they were fantastic and within minutes, we’re sending me a new steam unit. Hopefully I will have better luck with this one.5/17/24 Update:I received the new steamer unit within a few days and everything is working perfectly. This one holds more water and seems to get hotter. I am very pleased with this and have incorporated it into my daily routine!
