Review Time
I ordered the Sauna/steam and the Ice bath. Setup was a breeze and I had ZERO issues assembling. I’m on day two of ice baths and the water stays cold! I live in a hotter climate so I went ahead and ordered the air tight lid ;)The only issue I had was with the steam pump, the one I received looked rusted and worn, I emailed Nurecover and they shipped a new pump the next day! I was also missing the pump adapter so I’m crossing my fingers that this next shipment will come complete. I still applaud the customer service and I’m looking forward to using the Sauna! I’ll be posting an update after a few uses.
Got this for Christmas and loved it,unfortunately I left it outside in a windstorm with Rick's weighing it down,it got blown around a but and the rocks broke some of the elbows. I reached out asking where I can BUY them and they instead offered to ship them for completely free,amazing customer service and super happy customer
It did not take too long for the cold plunge to arrive and was delivered right to the door. Setting it up was easy, peasy. We are very pleased with it and we have used it everyday! It took us a while to find stub that we felt would be large enough for my 6'3" husband! We have both already started to reap the benefits and will continue our daily plunge routine!
The buying process was good. Everything arrived in good, sound condition. I was not missing any parts and nothing was damaged. I have been using the nurecover sauna regularly since I got it (at least 3 times per week). The only downside so far is that the inside of the steam machine looks like it is corroding or rusting. I have scrubbed but I cannot seem to get rid of the rust color stains that are forming on the bottom of it. all in all, I am pleased with it and hope it lasts for a long time.
The price for the quality of both home steam sauna and the cold tub is excellent! I have used both every day since it arrived and have definitely felt better after using both items. The steam sauna gets hot quick and love how quickly I start sweating when I get in. Overall, I’m very happy with the purchase. It had been all over my ads for a few weeks and just wish I would have bought it sooner.
Great cheap way to get into ice plunge to see if it’s for you. Works well and quality seems decent so far. My challenge now will be keeping it cold enough. Which is why I’m assuming most upgrade to a more expensive system. Ice bath is life changing for me - going forward will be part of my routine.
