It took over a month to receive the product and trying to reach out to customer service to find out about the shipment was impossible. I’ve only been taking the meds for 2 days so hopefully they work amazingly and the shipping issues are moot

You guys say your sauna can get up to 155 degrees, and mine got nowhere near that. Not sure what can be done about this, but it was a pretty big letdown

I did not receive my complete order

I did not receive my complete order. I ordered and paid for the Tropic Pro package despite my order receipt saying the Tropic Home package. I inquired and was told it was confirmed my order is the Tropic Pro. I never received the sauna heater and have not received a response from customer service after numerous attempts. I am now trying to return my order for a full refund but cannot get instruction how from anyone.

30 days later after I tried to cancel and get a refund

The company has not been helpful. The shipping took a month… I’ve tried to figure out how to cancel orders and a subscription I didn’t think I had signed up for.
