I have not received the pump. I contacted Nurecover because my pump stopped working. It took weeks for them to decide to ship me one and now it’s been a month since the order was placed by still hasn’t shipped. I have contacted nurecover multiple times and have made no progress. My chiller has been down for 2 months. WASTE OF MONEY

Free Plunge Pro is too small and unusable for me. 6'1" 270 pounds. To cold plunge, I acquired a 150-gallon livestock trough on Marketplace for under$100. Steam room takes 20 minutes to heat up. If I steam and then cold plunge, the steam room is not hot enough to get me hot again. Maybe 100°. I have been waiting for 3 weeks for a ceramic heater. The tracking number hasn't worked for two weeks. I have sent numerous emails to customer service, but only get responses indicating how busy they are. If that heater doesn't show soon, I'm sending the thing back for a refund because steam alone doesn't get hot enough.
Still waiting for all of my order to arrive so…right now not very pleased after weeks of waiting for all I purchased. Keep your 20%, won’t be buying from here again when there’s plenty of similar companies now and I have no clue or updates on the rest of my order still.
Product is so cheaply made its borderline fraudulent. Water leaks through tent bottom no matter what you do, steamer does not get the tent nearly hot enough. Steamer has broken English and unclear instructions, cord on steamer unit gets concerningly hot after minor use and can boil dry while your in the tent and keep heating creating a fire hazard. Zippers barely able to close tent without bending the cheap tab and breaking. Steamer and tent absolutely wreak like plastic chemicals even after multiple uses. After use need to wipe enitre tent of water and it still ends up with water between bottom of tent and the floor it sits on which will cause mould if left uncleaned/dried after every use. Cold plunge pool useless and cheap, mine was leaking first use, right out of the box. May as well throw ice in the bathtub because its easier and more efficient to cleanup with the same effect. Just save your money and get a real sauna. Buyer regret forsure..
