been waiting for 3 weeks on my order, cant call customer support, they don't email back, my items have "shipped" but they have no idea where they are, Christian is on the phone saying nothing can be done, no refund will be given, no one will talk to me, they are working on it, don't reach out anymore. Anyone want to go in on the class action lawsuit? this company is 3 Indians in a shed scamming people. they will also block your phone number. reversed the charge on my credit card so joke is on them. STAY AWAY!!!!!!
The steam maker is very shitty after using it 3 to 4 times. It starts to break from brittleness and then if you wanna try to return it, you can’t because they won’t take it back more than likely won’t rep replace anything on it. I’ve been waiting for them to reply to me for more than five days now.
This company is scamming me they put me on subscribe list when I never subscribed and now that I’m asking them to take it off or even trying to get it off the website doesn’t have a unsubscribe button such scam website don’t ever use them
False claims in ads, Sauna advertised to reac 155 degrees would not get over 110. Emailed customer service, had to wait 3-5 days for a response every time only to be told everything was working as it should and that 110 is what it should do. Ignored my question about why the unit was advertised to reach 155.
This has been one of the worst experiences ever on a retail level. And I would never buy from them. I bought my first chiller almost 8 months ago and after waiting over a month, it finally was delivered. Worked for a month, then stopped working, when I emailed to let them know, they did end up sending me a new chiller. FYI< expect at least 5 days for them to respond to any of your emails. SO we get a second chiller about a month later and once again, works for a month, and then it stopped working. Again, more emails, and lo and behold, they send a THIRD chiller. And this one didnt work at all, curious how they'll resolve it this time, Its really been a HUGE disappointment.
I placed an order for the dry heater and floor mat over 3 weeks ago. I have reached out to customer support and there has been no response other than the typical “we are experiencing higher then normal…..”. Customer support seems to be lacking with follow through.
