Sent the wrong parts for the sauna, said they were going to sort it out. They haven't and are now ignoring messages. So can't use the Sauna that cost a lot of money Still outstanding part of the order as wellReading the rest of the reviews it's quite obvious they're a scam company
I bought my sauna in early October of this year. UPS tracking showed it starting the process of being delivered on October 31. After that, tracking never moved and I reached out to customer service. On multiple occasions since mid October, I have reached out to customer service and I still do not have my sauna, nor any tracking indicating it is on the way. I am very unhappy. With competition as high as it is for portable saunas, this company is not getting good reviews from me. I can’t even get a refund.
I ordered the dry sauna package with the ice bath. I contacted customer service before I ordered and said I don't want the ice bath don't send it they said they had to but its no problem returning it when it arrives. I looked on the main web page where it says (free shipping and free returns) now trying to send it back customer service takes days to answer if at all and want me to pay return shipping. Customer service here is horrible to say the least and their web page is Deceitful and misleading. My next step is file a complaint with the BBB. And that a shame cause the sauna does actually work very well when set up right but because of these issues I will never recommend this company to anyone
These guys took my money, lost my shipment, and now here I am a month later, email after email after email......Absolutely NOTHING! They have taken my money, and now just ignore or leave me stuck in a death spiral of automated responses(which I never get help from at all!)These guys are scammers. DO NOT SEND THEM YOUR MONEY!!!!!
I purchased the dry sauna on October 21, and I received October 23. Once I received the product and turned the heater on it didn’t get hot at all, and one of the “T” pieces that hold the pole was broken. I paid for the warranty as well. I received out to customer service October 26, and have yet to receive anything. I have also requested a refund and have not received that either. They charge you a restocking fee for every piece of the equipment and they all charged a restocking fee for the warranty I purchased which is crazy. How are you “restocking” a warranty? I’ve filed complaints regarding this company because I’ve gotten no where with them. All I get are a bunch of automated emails and responses.
My order is incomplete. I’ve messaged through the website and tried to contact but can’t get a response. Two weeks have passed and I’m still getting no responses to my messages. The sauna worked really well but after only two weeks the heater has an error code and won’t work. Again I can’t get a response. If I’m honest I would want to return the lot but can’t get hold of anyone. Really frustrating. Avoid at all cost.
