I HAVE LEARNED MY LESSON AND HOPEFULLY PEOPLE WILL LISTEN - DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM.When we first got the Sauna and the Ice Pod, it was great. There were a couple of mishaps with the instructions to the sauna and how to put it together, but I contacted customer service and we figured it out. They were very responsive and I was very happy with that. Fast forward 3 months. The poles in the sauna are bent/warped from the heat. Almost to the point that you can't even get in it. I have emailed customer service, they requested a video, in which I sent them. I just wanted them to send me poles, give me a different remedy to fix the situation, or refund my money. Crickets.....My son (before the pole situation) ordered their Robe/Slipper combo for over $80. We have never received it and he ordered it in late July. Nobody will answer, they just keep sending the same bogus tracking #. Never again! I will definitely research and find another, more reputable company to buy a new sauna from.
Buyer Beware- SCAMMERS-Do not purchase from this company!! Absolute scammers and the products are a waste of money. I purchased the new ceramic sauna heater. Took 5 weeks to arrive. Once i finally got the product - doesn't do what is advertised. Advertised to go up to 85 degrees celcius. The unit itself only goes up to 70 degrees but then drops down to 58 straight away. Customer service is non existent. Especially when you request a refund. They are very quick at deleting any negative comments on social media- but do not reply to emails. Very upsetting experience. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
It’s been three weeks and I only got half my order. The sauna is great, the ice bath and cooler has yet to be shipped. To top it off you can’t even get in touch with customer service, you have to email them and they’re extremely unhelpful,
I ordered a sauna in July, I still have not received my complete order. Excuses were, it got delivered to the wrong address, it got lost. It's on the way. Mid July is when this process started it is now November 7th. There is no way to talk to anyone. They offered a 20 dollar in store credit in an attempt to make amends. What a joke!
DO NOT buy from Nurecover They do not honor their return policy. They won't respond to messages or emails requesting support. YOU will need to do a credit card fraud report and also report to the BBB, but you will still be stuck with the product and the charge. Simply conduct a Google search, and you will see the numerous negative reviews about their customer service, which is often described as awful and unresponsive. They are trying to wait out the 100 days and then say Sorry, you can't return it now. Save yourself the hassle and DO NOT buy from this company. Go to Amazon, where you will be protected. Shopify, where they sell this, also does not support its customers. I have filled out several forms complaining about this sale on their site, and those, too,have been ignored. I did not use the product and am now stuck with it and a $260 charge.
