If I could give negative stars

If I could give negative stars, I would. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They have not fulfilled my order but charged me. Pod leaks, won't return my messages asking for a refund. Will not provide shipping labels, although their site says 100 day money back guarantee, and want to charge a 20% restocking fee. COMPANY IS GARBAGE.

Customer service is awful

Customer service is awful. I wrote an email seconds after I placed my order, apple pay had filled in the wrong shipping address (but of course the right billing address, same address). No answer for 2 days. I decide to try to call, no number to be found. Tried the chat, they take days to answer. Five days later, i get an email confirming shipment. 3 minutes later on the clock, they answer my text chat saying they can’t change it because it already shipped. And of course the engine came defective, so it’s just 300 dollars down the drain at this point. Don’t buy. Also the build is very cheap.

I think there were two ice plunges

I think there were two ice plunges that were sent to me because I have two of those. I don’t know how to get it back to you and get refunded but I’ve got two boxes that are exactly identical. Help me out of that with that if you can.

Sauna arrived not working

Sauna arrived, it was easy to set up and I was excited to try it. However the heater didn’t work. It would start to heat and then shut off. We filled with more distilled water and tried again, we switched the outlet we are using, let the device sit off for several minutes and then tried again. I’ve contacted Nurecover and received a response almost a week later. We need to send a video in of the heater not working before we can get the issue resolved. I have not had time to do this, but will update review once I do. It was disappointing and I’m unsure of the quality of this.
