I wish there was a way to give negative stars. I find it interesting that the ratings are very high for the 5 stars, and very high in the 1 stars, but not much in the middle. Gives you an idea of where the 5 star revies come from. So, first issue, I purchased my sauna/pod/pod chiller/sauna dry pack back in November. It's now January and I still do not have all of the items in my order. Second issue, the instructions for the sauna and for the pod were INCOMPLETE! Yes, INCOMPLETE. It took both my son and I to figure out where all of the extra pieces and parts went that were left over after we attempted to assemble the units. Third issue, the pod chiller is absolute crap. My pod is located in my basement which maintains a constant 73 degree temp. Even after putting 24lbs of ice in the pod and running the chiller for 3 days, the temp never got below mid 50's. In addition, the instructions for operating the sauna and chiller are absolute crap. Mostly because they are written in such poor English. They are extremely confusing to operate. Fourth issue: Every joint between the pod and chiller leaks. They are made of cheap plastic and strip very easily when tightening by hand. I used Teflon tape on all of the threads and it still leaks. Fifth issue: I requested to return the products. That request was outright refused because the products had been opened and used. I was reminded that the products have a 1 year warranty for parts. However, I do not think you can fix crap with new crap. Bottom line: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
I am beyond disappointed in this company. This is the first time I have ever had a terrible experience ordering online. I ordered this product to be here before Christmas, and that failed. I had been emailing multiple times requesting updates and reasonings for the delay and received very minimal information back. Once Christmas passed, I figured I could give it as a birthday present in January, and that also passed. Again, multiple emails, and just them saying “here is the tracking” but the tracking was not giving me any updates. Finally received the product a month late and when I unboxed it, it seemed as if it was used and resent back out. The packing was terrible, and the instructions to setup and use were not sufficient enough to complete the process. I packed it back up and sent another request for a refund, and now they are asking me to unbox it and take pictures, THEN send it back in paying for shipping of over $140, and they will determine once they receive it if we get a refund, oh and they take 20% off a refund for restock fees.. DO NOT use this company. I have never been so displeased with a process before. This exact reason is why I will always now shop with Amazon Prime, at least they assist in the return process and are generally quick to fix problems.
nurecover must be run by unresponsive robots because i've had zero response concerning a broken steamer cover & warped structure poles * no emails returned, no phone calls returned * i'm thinking some customer service in-service on integrity & consistency? * oh, and i got the extended warranty just incase! * cheers
