My steamer stopped working after 5 uses and the customer service team does not respond to you. They are terrible. Now I have a broken steamer that I cannot do anything with and no way of returning it or getting a refund. DO NOT BUY. It is cheaply made and the customer service is not helpful or responsive.
Ordered a sauna for my wife for christmas in November. No shipping updates at all by December 15th forcing me to go with sauna box. And when I try to return. They are only willing to give me back 15% of my money for an unopened unused product. Go with sauna box. F these people.
I got a Tropical pro sauna and portable ice bath in Oct 24 , I have used both of these products continually since and can honestly agree about the health benefits of using these together . I feel more alive and mentally in a better place since starting this on top of training . However my little 4 legged friend ( cat ) decided to sharpen his claws on the floor of my sauna so he left holes in it so it was leaking . After contacting Johny at Nurecover and telling him that the side was leaking he asked me to send a video of the issue . This is when I discovered that my cat had made the holes because they were in the floor and not the seam as first thought . When I contacted Johny to tell him that it was NOT a manufacturing fault but my cats fault and I asked how much it would be for a replacement tent he told me that they didn't sell them separately but because of my honesty they would replace the tent free as a good will gesture . I can not speak highly enough of Johny and Nurecover for their customer services and help with any issues .
Updated nurecover have reached out saying safety was their top priority and that they would be sending me a replacement steamer. I bought the nurecover Tropic® Home Steam Sauna and it was working for a while then the last time i turned it on it stared to smell very strongly like burning plastic, burning metal smell. I immediately turned off and sent the nureecover support team an email asking them for advise on what i could with the steam unit and if i could send to them for inspection to see what the fault is. 10 days later since my first email and 3 emails sent since to the nureecover support team without any response. (Update, response received on day 11, awaiting replacement suna steamer)
Cheap products. Poor set up instructions. Even worse customer service. The sauna works fine which is why they get one star. The chiller/cold plunge has not worked even after troubleshooting back and forth with their customer service. Now after multiple emails they have not responded to me. I purchased the warranty and have not been compensated for receiving a chiller that does not work.
I had waited for over 2 weeks for the product to arrive initially. In their defense, they did provide information as to its whereabouts and the delays, for this they were helpful. Upon receiving the package and opening, we discovered there were not enough poles to properly place together to fit the sauna tarp(supposed to be 14 long poles/received 4). Since that time(3 days have elapsed) comprised of 5-10 phone calls to Customer Service and 7 emails, I have received no call backs or replies. At this point I would like return the item because it is unusable, but cannot get any traction with that either. I would love for someone from Nurecover to reach out and not an automated bot response. From a very happy customer with the initial purchase to an unhappy one in the blink of an eye. Update: have finally heard from the company and things did get rectified after numerous emails. Tried the sauna last night and it was wonderful. Still customer service needs to be more timely for sure but in the end they did come through.
I haven't assembled the product yet because the instructions are either incorrect, incomplete, or whatever and I haven't been able to contact customer service........ or rather they haven't bothered to respond after 4 days. I'm fairly handy so I have the assembly figured out, and am curious to see how it works. Customer service is a likely precursor to what I expect from the product performance so my bar is low. I can say that I wouldn't recommend the product based purely on the customer service, or lack thereof.
This product was clearly poor quality right out of the box. The so-called “infrared” component was laughable, and it was obvious that assembling it would be a waste of time.However, the worst part was the customer service. After reaching out, responses were painfully slow, and while they did provide a return label (which we had to pay for), they also hit us with a 20% restocking fee. This is nothing but an unfair cash grab.To make matters worse, weeks have passed, and they have yet to process the return. No updates, no communication—just a complete disregard for customers once they’ve made a sale.This has been one of the worst purchasing experiences I’ve had—overpriced, low quality, and backed by frustrating policies.
Love the sauna, could probably use some more descriptive instructions for set up but relatively straight forward to do. My only gripe would be that all items are shipped separately and from different locations so you don't get everything all at once.Ice bath would likely perform better if not black, it retains heat from the sun which makes it hard to cool. Other than that, these are great entry-level products.
