Do not buy from this company they are a scam. They advertise 1-3 days shipping and run constant sale deals, I ordered the sauna and free ice bath as a christmas present for someone in end of November and it didnt arrive until early January. Their customer service has been non existent and now they're saying they dont provide refunds/returns, I have to pay to ship the massive boxes back to them and they will charge me a 20% restocking fee. They are a total scam. AVOID
Worst product. Return policy is not a guarantee return it’s a pay more then what the product is worth to return it. $200 to return and 70 to restock. So pay 400$ then 200$ to get back less then 1/2. So sell a shitty product and then not back it up because you know it sucks! Worst customer service worst product. Do everything to avoid!
The quality of the material used is really durable and strong, zippers are heavy duty, easy to assemble and maintain. Only downside I can find is that I wish it would create more steam for more heat. Overall I'm satisfied with the product
Fast shipping, quality product and does exactly what was advertised. This pop-up home sauna is just what I needed for the winter months when my workouts don't leave me feeling sweaty enough. Took 5 minutes to setup and start using. Love this little gem for my fitness and recovery regimen.
I would never recommend this company. I ordered the ice bath and the sauna. For starters, they stated 3-5 day shipping… it took over 3 weeks to receive all the items.I started by setting up the ice pod with the chiller. Got it all set up, started to fill and it leaked. Every connection point, of which there are at least 8 leaked a nice slow drip. As I tried to tighten, the leaks only got worse. I then drained the water and wrapped all the connection points with pipe tape. Re-set up the pod, started to fill and same thing. Leaked from about half the connections.I then initiated a return with the company. NIGHTMARE and still not done. They have stated they won’t take the ice bath back b/c i put water in it. Pretty dumb policy as I never would have known it was going to leak had I not started to fill with water. Per their website (I saved this) it says it must be used… pretty hard to use when it leaks. Their position is that since I put water in it I must have used it. They are now requesting that I reassemble the product, refill with water, and video the leaks so they can assess the issue and send me parts to fix. I’m not going to clean up the leaking mess, yet again, after already doing that twice.I never even opened the sauna shipping box. Getting this returned has been the same hassle and it was never opened.I guess shame on me for trusting that a company could produce a good product and if they send a customer a faulty product they would take it back.
