The water chiller doesn’t work and I’ve been trying to get in touch with customer service to return it. I’ve already been contacted once and sent videos in. The customer service has been awful. The sauna and ice bath are not very good products but I am willing to try them out a bit longer. However, the chiller is so bad I want to send it back and I’ve not been recontacted. Frustrating

A complete scam of a company

My experience with NuRecover has been appalling. I canceled my order within hours, expecting a response within their stated 24 hours. Instead, I waited four days, only to be told it was too late to cancel because the order was “processed” already. Ironically, I didn’t receive confirmation of the order processing until six hours after that email. Which tells me they purposefully waited to respond to me until it was too late to cancel the order as requested. I then asked for a prepaid return label, and they told me to wait for delivery and provide proof. Only after I did that did they then inform me that I’d have to not only pay for return shipping but I’d also be responsible for a 20% restocking fee. They conveniently withheld this information until it was too late to refuse the package. For a company who has a “100 day moneyback guarantee” that seems like an awful lot of money the customer is losing if they choose to return - which leads me to believe they do this to deter people from actually returning. So shady. When I mentioned writing a review, they essentially told me there was nothing they could do. But when I posted on Trustpilot and the Better Business Bureau, the company quickly responded, claiming they apologized & wanted to make things right. After providing the requested information, I of course heard nothing back. It’s clear their responses on public platforms are just for show so they don’t look as bad.Beware of this company; they have hundreds of similar reviews detailing horrific experiences. Save yourself the headache and avoid them at all costs.UPDATE: it’s been weeks and I haven’t heard a peep from this company after they responded on here. So them reaching out to “make it right” is just as deceptive as the rest of their business practices.

TERRIBLE customer service and support

TERRIBLE customer service and support. NO ONE monitors the customer service phone number, no return calls. Pod arrived on time, chiller over a month later. Chiller itself works well and cools, but the plumbing and hardware is cheap and leaks at most major connection points, especially top of the chiller. LOTS of plumbers tape helps but still leaks. I’ve tried my best but to enjoy the product but am not happy now am stuck, no support. One gentlemen promptly returned my first help email, then went silent. It’s been over a week. Nurecover , if you see this please help. Order #NU292015. -Marco Cowley2 week update: Nurecover responded to this review almost immediately (see below response), but has yet to take any action. 😕

usefull with deceiving marketing

The product was easy to assemble and simple. I was a bit disapointed with the pro bundle. The thermometer would not stay in the water and come up horizontally. It broke in the ice. It was showing a temperature below freezing even without ice in the bath. The image of the cover is misleading. It looks like a hard "plug" but it is in fact a fabric cover that is hard to reinstall with cold hands at -15oC! (but that's on me). I honestly thought it would be a hard cover. I live in Canada and I have to put a piece of plywood on top to prevent snow from accumulating on the inflatable cover ring.On a positive note, I've been using it for the past 3 weeks, and i'm amazed at how it is not fully frozen. I have embedded the pod in snow to prevent it from freezing, ,but only the top section actually freezes. I have to remove and break the ice wall that forms on the inside top but it's impressive.

Dreadful service and rip you off

I ordered a sauna and got a free ice bath. Ice bath arrived and sauna did not. I contacted the company several times. Initially, they said was in transit and then they went quiet. I cancelled order and got another sauna from a different company. 3 weeks later the sauna from nurecover arrived. They are now seeking to charge me 20% of the value of the sauna to cover their costs of returning. This would be fine if they had communicated with me rather than going silent and the sauna being so late. Avoid these guys... If anything goes wrong they will fail to respond and then play dirty.Update: you will see the standard nurecover response on here that they have requested the order details from trust pilot. They do this for any bad review but do not resolve the issue. It's a neat scamming technique to make them look legitimate. I'm currently in a stand off with them as I refuse to pay the shipping fees and so do they.

Order # NU305113 I ordered the Nurecover Tropic Home Steam Sauna with the Ice Bath. Also ordered were the 192 ice cube tray and water absorbent mat. I will say this, the ice trays are junk- don't waste your money (I figured they might be but took a chance). Mine came warped and when I tried to flatten them out they both cracked! The mat is ok, works as it should. I have not used the ice bath yet but it seems like it will be solid once I fill it up with water. I really bought this for the Sauna to be honest but will review the ice bath once I actually use it. The Sauna definitely works much better than I anticipated. The steamer works really well, takes about 18 minutes to really steam up and be ready for my sessions which is pretty quick to me. I keep it filled ~1/2 way with distilled water and can usually get about 3-4 20 minutes sessions (38 minutes total including warming up) before I need to fill again. Be careful when Hot, both the steamer, the hoses, and the bubbler inside the sauna (be careful of your feet). I really like the sauna, works amazing and after 20 minutes I am sweating to no end, my towel is saturated wet when I am done! Holds the steam and moisture very well! I have been using it in my spare carpeted bedroom and have had no condensation or leaking on the outside or under it at all! Very Impressed!! That being said, I do layer the bottom inside with dry towels at the start of each session to help mitigate potential leaking and condensation. some, cons- I feel like the assembly frame is kinda janky and instructions are about clear as mud BUT if ya take your time its pretty easy to put together. once the skin goes on I feel like it sturdied the Sauna up very well! Also, the redlight is battery powered (4 AA) and works but not quite as well as I think it should for the price and is kind of difficult to get it set up with clips it comes with but it is sufficient. Lastly, I "upgraded" to the 2 person sauna with the better steamer, like I said before, the steamer works amazing so far BUT no way you fit 2 people in this- even skinnie minnies!! Hence, my four star review. Overall, very pleased with the purchase and definitely notice a difference in my overall mood and sleep patterns in just the 2ish short weeks I have had it!!! Can't wait to see some long term benefits!!!

Ridiculous

After seeing a ton of videos on this product I decided to order. I went to their site and saw great reviews. I made my purchase and then decided to check Amazon for reviews and saw a lot of negative ones, stating that the steamer unit caught fire or smoldered plastic away. I also saw on Reddit that people tried to return the product and was completely ignored by their customer service. I had a bad feeling, so 30 minutes after my order was placed I sent an email to their support email stating that I wanted to cancel my order. Within minutes I had an automated response asking if I wanted to cancel, which I replied that I did. I did not get a reply after that. On the following 4 days I sent emails asking about the status of my cancellation. Nothing. No reply at all. On the 5th day, I had an email stating the order had been shipped. I sent more emails. No reply. I sent messages on Facebook and their contact form through their website... nothing. Absolutely ridiculous.EDIT: don't let their reply below fool you into thinking they rectified the issue. They did nothing, but tell me it was too late to cancel the order and they didn't get my cancellation request in time. Despite the email being sent, just 30 minutes after the order was placed. What a joke
