Review Time
After seeing a ton of videos on this product I decided to order. I went to their site and saw great reviews. I made my purchase and then decided to check Amazon for reviews and saw a lot of negative ones, stating that the steamer unit caught fire or smoldered plastic away. I also saw on Reddit that people tried to return the product and was completely ignored by their customer service. I had a bad feeling, so 30 minutes after my order was placed I sent an email to their support email stating that I wanted to cancel my order. Within minutes I had an automated response asking if I wanted to cancel, which I replied that I did. I did not get a reply after that. On the following 4 days I sent emails asking about the status of my cancellation. Nothing. No reply at all. On the 5th day, I had an email stating the order had been shipped. I sent more emails. No reply. I sent messages on Facebook and their contact form through their website... nothing. Absolutely ridiculous.EDIT: don't let their reply below fool you into thinking they rectified the issue. They did nothing, but tell me it was too late to cancel the order and they didn't get my cancellation request in time. Despite the email being sent, just 30 minutes after the order was placed. What a joke
I bought mine a little over a year ago. I may have used it 20 times and the steamer burned out. When I contacted customer service they kept giving me the run around wanting a 50 second video topeove it stopped working and when that was done they just stopped replying.
Purchasing a nurecover pod and chiller is the worst mistake I’ve ever made. 1) I contacted customer support 10 times before they responded to me 2) They told me for 3 weeks straight that my order would arrive in 3-5 days. In the 3rd week of this I tried to get my money back but customer support wouldn’t respond or would send a generated message that had nothing to do with returning the product. 3) when the order finally arrived, the chiller leaked everywhere and nearly flooded my apartment. The water didn’t get chilled at all either. The product is clearly defective and from the reviews I’ve read, I’m no where near the only on with these issues. 4) They won’t acknowledge that I would like my money back regardless of what the website states as a money back guarantee. Instead they want me to send a video of the product in action so they can “diagnose” the issue knowing that this product has almost flooded my apartment. 5) my options now are to flood my apartment to get the money back, or accept the loss. Neither are acceptable. RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND ALL ITS PRODUCTS.
Device came, the red-light was malfunctioning and I had an issue understanding certain features of the steamer. They responded immediately not only with a replacement redlight, but they also provided detailed instruction on how to troubleshoot my question/concern. The sauna itself is very effective. the steam tube itself can be hot, so follow their instruction for safety!
I can’t even review the product because I haven’t yet received it. I was hoping to wait to write a review until I tried the sauna and ice bath but I have lost all faith that I will actually receive it. I ordered in the middle of November and here we are in the middle of January and not only do I not have, but they are arguing with me saying that I did receive it. The customer service has been awful. Very disappointed.
