Do not expect to get a return processed with this company. Unpacked this and was not pleased with the red light so we decided to return it and look for something else. We never used the product and put everything back in the box as received. Nurecover denied the return because they said the red light was fine. The 100 day money return policy is a sham.
Customer service was helpful because the remote was broken in half when it arrived and they are shipping me another one. The ordering process seemed easy. But when I didn’t receive the free cold water bath and asked about it,I was told that because I used a welcome discount,the free bath was not included. The sauna works great but is definitely not big enough for 2 people. It should not be sold as a 2person sauna.
Got the cold plunge and sauna as a very imaginative gift from my kids. Cold plunge is a little primitive but works fine. On a windless, 60 degree day, I could not get the temperature in the sauna above 95 degrees at head level when sitting. (It got up to 99 at head level if I stood up.) This just isn't enough. I read a review where someone got it up higher so perhaps my product is defective.
