This product exceeded all expectations

This product exceeded all expectations. I didn’t think it would get as hot as it did. The temp inside is great and so is everything about this sauna. One minor thing I’ll mention is you might want to get a thicker absorption pad for the floor of the sauna. I put a couple of menthol drops inside the small diffuser inside of the sauna and I sweat twice as much. This was a great purchase.

The product works well but is way over priced, the plastic frame and what looks like a soup boiler are very cheap. Like others have mentioned I did the promotional deal with a free ice bath, but since I added a discount code it eliminated the ice bath, but my cart pictures didn't show that. There was zero indication that would be the case, without the ice bath the total price would have been prohibitive for me to purchase it. just another company making cheap products with a crazy markup, and does not prioritise customers or bottom line.

No product!!!

I’m a US customer. Terrible customer service. I ordered this on 12/14 with 3-5 day shipping. It’s 12 days later and still nothing. It says it is still in California. I contacted them via email which says they will respond in 24 hours. It has been 4 days and still nothing. I tried calling them and was willing to wait on the phone if I had to but it sent me to voicemail! And this is during their posted open hours. I’m starting to believe this is a scam. The worst part is that I sent it to the address we would be at for Christmas and we will not be there starting tomorrow. I’m so angry. If this does not get fixed properly, I plan to contact the Better Business Bureau and report this company. They had no problem taking my money but a serious issue delivering and communicating. Awful.

The sauna is good gets hot and easy to use The infrared is like led lights not sure it’s real red light I’m sad bc I really wanted the red light to work The ice bath is a pain bc it doesn’t stay cold so to fill that much each time is a waste

I’m very angry

I’m very angry. Spent over 600$ on the sauna and cold tub they finally got here. When I opened the sauna box and started to set it up I realized there aren’t any clamps to hold the sauna up so now it’s useless just sitting in the corner because I can’t set it up. I would like the clamps to be sent to me asap as I payed a heavy price on something I can’t even use cuz it’s missing the main pieces!!!

BUYER BEWARE: Fraudulent Business. Don’t get scammed.

Overall, my whole experience with NuRecover has been extremely frustrating and now that I’ve done research on the company it appears the business conducts fraudulent practices that scams consumers per the Better Business Bureau and FTC. My boyfriend was on my phone as we were looking at products together and went to checkout total pricing. The order automatically submitted because it wasn’t clear that the button he hit would submit an order and didn’t realize NuRecover was connected to Shop and already automatically had my payment info in Shop from using it on other sites in the past. This was on 12/27/24. I immediately reached out on 12/27/24 to cancel the order because the Shop address was wrong and at a location I didn’t live anymore and because overall we do not want NuRecover’s products. I did not receive a response until 3 days later on 12/30/24. Their website states that their call centers are open from 8am - 5pm EST and does not specify any days not open and that I should have received a response in 24 hours. Every time I have been on the site and tried the support chat it has said it’s been closed, even during open hours, and every time I have called I have been immediately told that no one was available. All of this matching with claims from BBB and FTC that this business is fraudulent and scamming people. Because no one responded until 3 days later, the order shipped on 12/30/24 and was delivered to the wrong address later that week where it was extremely difficult to acquire the packages I never wanted in the first place because they refused to even change the shipping address before the shipping label was even created. Now, I have the packages and they are completely unopened. I would like to return them but I have come upon the fact that I have to pay a $199.40 restocking fee and shipping (which is looking to be about $300 just to ship it back to not even get my money back) for something unopened and completely unused and that the NuRecover team failed to promptly reply to the cancellation request. Their website states “100 day money back guarantee” so once again a fraudulent claim. This is by far the worst “business” I have ever come upon and I would never recommend it to anyone. I have filed a case with the Federal Trade Commission and plan to continue spreading my experience to every government agency involved in fraudulent business practices and consumer relations, every review site, and every other platform someone may go to get information on NuRecover to prevent them from falling into the same scam and being out hundreds of dollars for an absolutely horrible product and to keep them from giving money to a company that should absolutely not be in business. 1/15/25 UPDATE: NuRecover still has made zero attempts to contact me about this after I provided the requested information 2 days ago for them to contact me. Highly doubt they will resolve any issues. They only respond on here publicly to make it look like they’re going to do something to fix an issue in order to give other consumers hope that if they have an issue when they buy that NuRecover will fix it when in reality they will do nothing for you. 1/19/25 UPDATE: they have still made zero attempts to contact me since this review was posted and I am now working with my bank to get my money back and somehow return the products without paying $300 for shipping. THE ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY.
