Review Time
Placed and ordered about 3 weeks ago now, sauna and cold plunge came in the estimated time but I ordered with grounding bed sheets which have still not come and customer support is not helpful with tracking or ETA. Tracking is not available and the link they finally sent me nothing is in English. Very disappointed in this. They were not cheap and they just seem to have vanished with no word on where or when besides "they might be stuck in customs" thanks for nothing. Probably won't order from them in the future.
I’d love to leave a positive review but I have yet to even have received my order. It’s been FOUR weeks and have yet to get my Sauna. Not only that, I’ve tried calling and it rings once and then says they are on the other line with customers but no one ever calls you back. I can’t even get an email returned to me. Nothin like spending $300+ for it to basically go down the drain.
update:the chiller worked for 3 days then it started mismeasuring the water temp. It shows the water at 16F to 24F when it is actually at 66F so it never turns on!Tub, piping and fittings are junk. None of the fittings fit properly.I just received the missing parts and went to set up the tub and noticed a rip close to the top edge.Tub is close to disposable quality.And BTW, no one contacted as promised.
Steamer did not work directly out of the box. Power turned on and tried every power setting but sat for 30 minutes and no steam was produced. Package also came without the sweat mat that was supposed to come with it as well as the microfiber towel. Customer service does not respond.
