Review Time
If and when I receive all that I paid for then I will consider changing my review. I spent over seven hundred dollars have send two email and left two voicemails and still have not received my chiller. I have got one email in return with a tracking number that is not valid.
This is the 3rd time you have asked for my review and the 3rd time I am responding. I ordered the Nurecover on December 10th, order #NU298638, the tropical Pro with a free pod portable ice bath. Got delivery of item on December 19th. Wife opened on Christmas morning. We put the sauna together and noticed we did NOT get the free ice bath nor the microfiber cleaning towel with the package. Didn’t want to leave a bad review so I emailed the support and was told I would have a reply within 24 hours. That has not happened. I then figured if I left a negative review somebody would put 2&2 together and someone from customer service would be in touch. Instead I got another email from TrustPilot that said they needed more info than what I had given. So I sent the same info and then I get 3 different emails requesting a review I am disappointed in the support and customer service so far. Would be happy to tell you what I think of the sauna but until I get EVERYTHING I ORDERED, I will respond with a negative review every time you ask for one. In fact I’m just going to copy and paste and will respond in that manner. Please prove me wrong and show me that you do care and have good customer service
My husband got me the sauna as a Christmas gift. I absolutely love it! He had it set up for me very quickly. It takes a good 30 minutes to get hot, but once it is, it is fantastic! The free ice bath is great to drop the body temp back down. Products is a great alternative when you can’t build an outdoor sauna!The only negative was communication with the company. Shipping was a problem and it never got here. He was trying to communicate with the company to explain it was somehow returned back to them. It was reshipped but arrived after Christmas.
Placed my order, then wanted to cancel before it shipped as it was bought as a gift I learned was not needed. There is no way to initiate a return on the company website. No response to my email to their customer service. I’ve since sent 2 emails and tried their US phone number to reach this company - no response to the emails and phone number only takes your message. Received the product today, need a response from their support, am very frustrated and would not recommend this company if they will not engage with their customers.
Ordered the combo Nurecover sauna and chiller over a week ago as a gift. No communication no shipping update no one returning my calls. With my experience so far and the feedback on these reviews I am getting out while I can. I am contacting my credit card company and reporting this as a fraud.
This product exceeded all expectations. I didn’t think it would get as hot as it did. The temp inside is great and so is everything about this sauna. One minor thing I’ll mention is you might want to get a thicker absorption pad for the floor of the sauna. I put a couple of menthol drops inside the small diffuser inside of the sauna and I sweat twice as much. This was a great purchase.
