You are 120degrees away from better sleep

Nurecover Steam Tent is a great product. It was easy to setup (20min) and is simple to use. I put a temperature gauge in mine and I’m pushing 120degrees and feel great after a 20min session. It takes a bit longer than I thought to warm to the temp I like (10-15min) but that has not been prohibitive in any way. Take steam before bed and you’ll improve your sleep. Highly recommend the Nurecover steam tent!

Great sauna, red light is non- beneficial

Great machine, it gets hot pretty fast. My whole family loves it. Only thing that kind of feels like a selling point check was the red light. It is kind of a weak light and overall doesn’t do much. I still give it five stars because it is a great machine and use it twice a day.

On Nov 29th I was price comparing Ice…

On Nov 29th I was price comparing Ice Bath units and was on the Nurecover's website looking at different options for water chillers on my phone. Shopify apparently has a button that orders products without taking you to a cart or giving the option to cancel an order. I accidentally hit the button and found this out the hard way. Within seconds I sent multiple messages to Nurecover to please cancel my order. But I wasn't contacted until the following morning, and was told that the order was processed and there is nothing I can do to stop it! Then, I wait a month to receive the product while my money is tied up! A MONTH! how on earth am I unable to cancel seconds after I "order" but don't receive it for a month??? I finally received the chiller on Dec 28th and sent pictures to start the return process, only to be told I have to purchase the return label myself! It gets better, THERE IS A 20% RESTOCKING FEE! so, to recap, I by pressing a button, I am out ATEAST $200 if I return this product I never wanted in the first place. The customer service has been slow to respond and very unhelpful so far.

Misleading shipping …

I was not informed that this was coming from out of country and delivery would take almost a month… I still have not received my package. As a consolation, they quickly send the ice bath, but the main product which cost $300 was still never sent…

Very nice product!

Very easy to set up. Just like the photos and description. I bought the steam version and it works great, really heats up. My only complaint is that the remote to the steamer doesn't have the battery, which is a C2505. Not a common battery.

I purchased one of their saunas, hoping for a high-quality product as advertised. Unfortunately, the sauna barely got hot and was poorly made—definitely not worth the money I spent.When I tried to request a refund under their "money-back guarantee," I was told that opening the box voided the guarantee. How are you supposed to evaluate a product without opening it? This ridiculous policy is not only deceptive but feels like a way to trap customers into keeping subpar products.If you're considering buying from Nurevover, think twice. Their return policy is misleading, and their products don’t live up to the hype. Don’t fall for the same trap I did—choose a company that stands behind its products and values its customers.Have you had a similar experience? Let’s make sure others know to be cautious!

Horrible Product Terrible Customer…

Horrible Product Terrible Customer Service. I ordered this product and after reading reviews I canceled within about 30 minutes of placing my order.. however they ignored my requests and shipped it a week later. They said once it got there that I could return it. When I tried to they said they wouldn’t take it back but offer me a 15% refund to keep the pod. I instead challenged it on my credit card. They refunded me but snuck the charge on the back end a month later. I sold the brand new unopened pod and chiller on market place at a massive discount and it lasted the guy exactly 2 days before the chiller broke. These people are con artists and their product is literally sitting in a landfill. I still want my money back!

This product does not work well at all

This product does not work well at all, the motor or pump is not able to reach the displayed temperature (more of a humidifier).I used my unit three times. The third time the motor short circuited and burt out. This company does not offer refunds (only replace the garbage parts) do not buy this product. Spend the difference on a proper unit. Your money will be wasted, if anyone absolutely wants one. I will sell you mine
