Complete rip off

Complete rip off, sells the same dropshipped chinese product as everyone else you find on the internet but for $200 more in some cases. Will not refund or take back an exchange without you paying for the shipping back to them, luckily they include the ice bath so the box is even heavier and costs more to return. Literal scam, the positive reviews are paid for by this shady company.

It works as advertised

It works as advertised. The only reason it didn't get 5stars is because they advertised 3-5day shipping but it took over 3 weeks to arrive and the chair that comes with it is unreasonably small.

Missing items that were paid for

Paid for the most expensive package and didn't receive the free ice bath with cover. After emailing their customer service at least 5 times I still haven't heard back from them about a solution to their mistake. This was purchased back in Nov. So its been wrong since then. I wouldn't recommend dealing with this company. They are shady and have zero customer service. I bought this as a Christmas present. 4 days after and I am still waiting for them to respond back with their solution to send the rest of what I ordered. I ordered this back in Nov. Will not use this company or recommend to anyone. Reply back to the email you sent me already asking for all the proof your now asking trust pilot to get for you. You already have it. So go ahead and reply back to my emails.

Overall, I recommend these products

It took a while for the products to come in. They came in two different shipments about a week apart. So, it made me wonder if I was getting all that I ordered. It finally all came in, with everything. The sauna works great, although kind of cramped for a 6ft person. The ice bath is a good size and works great. Overall, I would recommend these products. Great price, easy setup and everything you need

Purchased a pod w chiller

Purchased a pod w chiller. Pod came, still no chiller. The pod leaks. The pod is lopsided and not round. The inflatable lid isn’t round because the valve is bad. The thermometer somehow broke after the first use bc the blue indicator fluid pooled to the wrong side of the device. I can’t imagine the chiller will last for more than a few runs based on the horrible quality of everything else. I’d be embarrassed to sell something that is this low quality to a consumer. It’s more like a “disposable” cold plunge than it is a portable cold plunge. Cannot possibly recommend.

Exploding kettle

I emailed nurecover about my kettle sparking violently and the smell of burning plastic and smoke on chrismas eve of 2024 . I had a response from Justine saying nurecover would provide me with a new one but after receiving said email , and after countless attempts at trying to clarify my order number and address I've had no one reply to me at all in the last two weeks . This is a joke and it's stressing me out , as now I only have a £300+ tent and a deck chair that's fallen to rags in less than a year . I suggest you take this seriously as it could of burnt my house down if I left the room while it preheated.

Customer Service is TERRIBLE

I have been trying to get a refund for the water chiller since 12/24/24. I have paid for shipping it back myself as per your request. I sent a picture of the tracking information and also of the water chiller. It arrived back to you on 1/9/25. Since then, I tried calling your US customer service every day for a week leaving a voicemail every time. I even called the UK customer service. I have provided everything asked for and NOW my case is closed!! You haven't resolved my issue with the water chiller return and refund. Every response back from you took an average of three days when your website states "usually replies in a few hours" I just want my money back for what I returned over a month ago.

Only giving one star because 0 isn't an option!

Only giving one star because 0 wasn't an option. If you are in the UK please do not order! Not only will it not arrive, but the company are hopeless at communicating in a timely manner. They refuse to acknowledge many requests and just tell me they are hopeful it will arrive. This was a Christmas gift and I will not arrive in time. The tracking updates are not actually updated, apparently my package has been in the air for four days! Useless save your money!

I love the sauna and the ice tub…

I love the sauna and the ice tub thoroughly! But the sauna heating unit has gone out on me twice with proper usage and I have reached out to support multiple times to no avail. The idea is good the execution is mid.
