Missing item

Takes forever to be delivered. Still missing the ice bath chiller (pro) and ordered these items a month ago. I keep trying to get in touch with customer service and no one is calling or emailing me back. Considering the water chiller is the most expensive item I bought it’s really upsetting and frustrating that we haven’t gotten it delivered and the shipping status states “no update”

CANCELATION AND RETURN IMPOSSIBLE

Ordered the product on 12/21/24 asked for cancellation on 12/22/2024 they told me it was already in process. Received product on 12/27/2024, same day I emailed requesting a return as the box is unopened and unused. Now I have not heard back from them after they requested pictures of the box showing it was unopened. No emails back. I am going to file a charge with my credit card company if I do not receive a response soon.

So far so good!!!

So far so good!!!! I have possessed for 2 days since setting up and it works great for a $300ish portable sauna. The setup directions are awful so recommend utilizing YouTube videos and other online comments; however, the product is excellent!

Fraud at its finest.

Good day, I placed an order online on December 21st in the morning for a Home Steam Sauna Tropic Pro with the insure shield and NuCare warranty for a total of $433. The shipping was free 3-5 day shipping. My credit card company called me to confirm this purchase as they thought it was fraudulent. I then emailed the company asking to cancel my order. They said I couldn't cancel because they fulfilled from a different facility, and once the order was placed it was not able to be cancelled. So 1/3 the my order arrived, and I immediately reached out to get a Return Authorization.On the order confirmation website there are two links to shipping and return additional information. Neither of these mention the 20% restocking fee the company is going to charge you to send it the product back. You have to wait for the company to send you a new link that mentions the restocking. I haven't opened the box yet. I just don't want this thing, and I don't think I should have to take an $60+ hit to return it unopened in addition to the cost of shipping it back. STAY AWAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU ARE 1000% SURE YOU WANT THEIR STEAM TENT.

Overall, HAPPY WITH PURCHASE!

Everything does as it should and seems good enough quality, keeping price in mind. Chair is a bit small, but it works. I made a bigger timber one.Two things- if you order the Ice bath without chiller, then there will only be one ball valve off the side, not two. I was hoping for two so I could make my own chiller setup. I'll still do it but just a different way.Note- I emailed about this and did receive a reply, but very delayed, about a week.The red light for the sauna is, well, within budget. Not sure if it is actually beneficial but it works as it should. See how it goes, may upgrade at some stage.The red light came in the mail about two weeks after the sauna and ice bath.I read reviews on the website and they are all good, compared to these reviews. That seems dodgy to me and if I'd seen these reviews I am certain I wouldn't if purchased. Luckily I had a good experience.

Where is my order?

Hi, are you guys on backorder?My fiancé and I ordered a sauna before Christmas and we still have not received our order. Based on our confirmation email, we should’ve received our sauna 3-5 business days. We ordered December 14th. We have tried to contact you guys, but we can’t get a hold of you. We’re becoming increasingly a little frustrated as we have been trying to get a hold of you before and after Christmas. We have called, emailed, messaged on social media, and now I’m writing a review to try to get a hold of someone. If the product does not get shipped soon, we would like a refund. There needs to be at least communication that the product would be on backorder or customer service is out of the office for the holidays! Our order number is NU300828 Order under Steven carter. Please assist me!

We received the sauna and the ice bath…

We received the sauna and the ice bath as a combo and I have to say setting up the sauna was super easy! I was able to put it together by myself while my husband was at work. we haven't set the ice bath up yet as we're both excited and scared because of it being cold haha. We also need to figure out where we want to place it as well.For the sauce the poles were super easy and light I do wish that they stayed more in the corner precisely while inside or using it I shift them back into the corner directly but sometimes they still shift a little bit. However I really we both really love the sauna! So worth it.

OK but expensive

The sauna is actually better than I expected and does work well, though expensive for what it is.I got a free ice bath included as part of a deal, after a couple of months this has a rip in the bottom, in the part that leads to the insulation/padding, which now renders it useless since it is impossible to get the water out of the rip to keep it clean.We've taken good care of it, so it seems like cheap materials. Until now I had enjoyed the ice bath, so it is frustrating for the money paid. In hindsight for both I would find an alternative.

DO NOT USE- bought a sauna which said…

DO NOT USE- bought a sauna which said with a free ice bath- sauna arrived but no ice bath- impossible to contact anyone from the team regarding the missing item. Now been finally told that because I used a discount I won’t receive the ice bath. Such false advertising and so disappointing as was a Christmas present. Gutted and will not use or recommend to anyone
