I bought a nurecover Pod - Portable Ice Bath on Black Friday and unfortunetly it started leaking from the bottom. After showing them photos of the issue, they immediately got back to me and sent me a new one without any hassle at all. It works great and is an excellent option for someone starting out cold plunging

Everything has gone wrong

Everything has gone wrong! I cannot get in touch with anybody for the life of me. Their phone number is bogus I called probably 15 times yesterday asked for call backs and I have not heard anything. Their chat is also bogus and is always offline. Literally to get in touch with ANYONE is a nightmare. I do not recommend this company to anyone that would for any reason need customer service.

Ordered a sauna on black friday, says it was shipped but fedex tracking number shows "label created" November 28th... Every time i call i get "all our reps are busy please call back"

LOVE my sauna

LOVE my sauna. My steamer actually stopped working after a few months - and they very quickly sent me a new one! I was really impressed with the service. Recommending for everyone for an affordable home sauna.

Got it fast

Got it fast, everything was in the boxe. The lid does not really have a good fit on the tub as it's inflated but I guess that it's ok for the price

The worst customer service in the…

The worst customer service in the world. I purchased a nurecover chiller and pod from the website. The chiller does not work. There is no phone number for me to get in contact with someone from customer support. I emailed customer service support and they kept giving me the runaround and sent me directions and videos on how to properly set up the chiller. I followed the directions and even had 2 friends and a plumber try to get it to work. We all followed the directions and the chiller still didn’t not make the water cold. It stayed room temperature no matter what. After I explained this to customer service 5 times they still would not return and kept asking me to send more videos. I am so upset and feel like I got scammed. I threw away $800 of my hard earned money. Don’t give them your business!!!

Never received my order and no one…

Never received my order and no one picks up when you call customer service number. Also sent several emails with no responses as well. Tracking started so I got really excited and then stopped after a couple weeks. when you call them, it says “no one is available to take my call and to leave a message”. Really, leave a message? Starting to think this site is a scam after reading some reviews. Buyers beware.
