I purchased a product from this company that had an infrared sauna light addition , this was the only reason I chose this product from the many other cheaper options local options .My items arrived a few weeks later and they sent me the completely wrong product , I contacted them raising this issue , to my shock they replied stating they couldn’t ship the items I ordered to Australia and they offered me a small discount I feel they mislead in advertisement , if you can’t ship a product to a country don’t advertise it , and if you can’t send what a customer orders don’t send a different product and not communicate , I feel if I had not contacted them they would have charged me for a better product and sent a cheaper model .To top it off I’ve asked to send the product back and get a full refundI’ve just received an email with a address in the UK and told to sort this out my self , and they have deducted $80 from my original payment of $480 I would NOT purchase from this company they are misleading and the quality feels like it’s shipped straight from ali express .
Shipping issues are horrible. One package was sent separately than the steamer . I also purchased this in the beginning of the month and had no tracking information. I still haven’t received my packages despite trying to get in contact with them. I honestly would just skip buying this .
BUYERS BEWARE! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I ORDERED THETROPIC SAUNA PRO AND WAS SUPPOSED TO RECEIVE A FREE ICE BATHAND MAT. NEITHER ARRIVED. I CONTACTED NURECOVER AND DANIELDWIGHT RESPONDED SAYING THAT THERE WAS NOTHING HE COULD DOTO HELP ME RESOLVE THE SITUATION. HE SAID BECAUSE I USED ADISCOUNT IT VOIDED THE FREE GIFT. THERE IS NOT A SINGLETHING ON THEIR WEBSITE THAT BACKS UP HIS STATEMENT. I HAVERECEIVED NUMEROUS EMAILS THAT INCLUDE DISCOUNT CODES THATALSO STATE THE FREE GIFTS ARE INCLUDED. WHEN I BROUGHT THISTO HIS ATTENTION HE SAID HE WOULD SPEAK TO HIS MANAGER. I’VENEVER HEARD BACK FROM NURECOVER SINCE. THIS COMPANY IS ASCAM AND I WOULD RECOMMEND POTENTIAL BUYERS USE ANY OF THEOTHER NUMEROUS COMPANIES OUT THERE THAT PRODUCE THE EXACTSAME PRODUCT.
I had to contact service regarding the piece that makes the steam because it wouldn’t power on after flipping a breaker and they got back with me within hours. They asked for a video of what it was doing and I sent it. They responded very quickly and are now sending me a new one. This has been by far the best experience I’ve ever had with an online purchase. I’d definitely recommend this product. They obviously stand by their product. For full transparency I was within my 1 year warranty. However, my point is that they gave me no hassle like most companies do until you just give up. Great job Nurecover! I’ll definitely be a repeat customer for my future needs.
