Very shady company

Very shady company. Placed my order and within 12 HOURS was emailing/calling nurecover to cancel and issue refund as I no longer wanted the product. Has been 3 days since, and haven’t heard from anybody. After reading other reviews, I guess I will have to go straight to my credit card company to get my money back.Avoid this company like the plague. It’s amazing they are still in business.

Struggling to find tracking info / get in touch with company

I ordered a sauna and cold plunge on 12.10 and have received no order confirmation via email - just a text. Their text line does not take answers, the US call center has no agents, and I can't find anything on the shop.com tracking outside of an order number and that the order (s) have been confirmed. I hope the product, if it ever gets here is worth the $ - I have no idea when it will arrive and basically have no way to get in contact with their customer service to understand when it's going to arrive, which is really difficult considering travel around the holidays, etc.

The inflatable top ring does not stay…

The inflatable top ring does not stay inflated. Maybe there a hole where air is leaking out. The box it came in was damaged upon arrival to my door. Also I could have sworn when I made the purchase for the ice pod it was supposed to come with a mat and the ice molds. Neither were included in my order. Besides that the web site and product selection was a little difficult to know what exactly I was purchasing. When reaching out about the tracking for my ice pod I did not receive ann update for 2-3 days. I went ans far ans sending a direct message on IG to get a response. Almost want to return it and try another brand. I got the sauna and it works good. No real complaints about the sauna.

Horrible Service, AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I ordered the Sauna and Icebath combo on Dec 14th and have been in order status limbo for weeks, no confirmation of shipping just the "shipping label created" status. Upon reaching out to Customer Service, I was greeted by a bot stating that my order was "shipped" on Dec 15th. This is totally bogus, as the information provided via tracking hasn't changed since Dec 15th. Reading reviews and experiencing this myself, I am convinced it is a scam. Do NOT buy from Nurecover. Horrible experience and AWFUL service thus far.

Cheap plastic terrible quality and service

I am extremely disappointed with the experience my sister and I have had with nurecover. She placed an order for your product online for $450. Shortly after, I noticed the exact same product listed on the website for $300. Within 30 minutes of her placing the order, we attempted to cancel it through multiple messages to the support team. Despite this, we received no response until much later, at which point they claimed the package had already shipped and cancellation was not possible. It seems implausible that the package shipped within 30 minutes of the order, especially since we had already reached out to cancel.When the package finally arrived, I saw a friends who bought it and it was of extremely poor quality—made from cheap plastic with holes in it, rendering it unusable as it would leak if water were added. So i did not open mine because they told her that she couldn't return it if it had been opened. Additionally, while they claim to be based in the UK, the package was shipped from China, as evident from the tracking details.Moreover, the tracking number provided was initially invalid, and when the package eventually arrived (later than expected), it did not meet even the most basic quality standards for the price paid. Now, the team is asking us to pay shipping costs to return it to the UK and offering only a 30% refund. This is unacceptable.Given the misleading product descriptions, poor quality, and substandard customer service, I request a full refund for this order. Please address this matter promptly to avoid further escalation.

AVOID...

AVOID.... Absolutely shocking company, would never recommend to anyone. Ordered the sauna package and paid over 420 euro, delivery says 3-5 days which was ordered on the 19th November it's not the 13th December and still no sign, tracking numbers don't work I've emailed number of times very slow and poor response.. I took the matter into my own hands and got on to the bank for my money break which is now in the process... STAY CLEAR UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMEDUNLESS COMPANY

Buyer beware - deceptive practices.

Buyer beware: this company engages is deceptive practices. When making a purchase you are provided with messaging that you have 100 days to make a return. Unfortunately that is false: you have 100 days to return the product if the product has not been opened or used. If you open the product and it does not work (for example, my tent is clearly not water resistant, let alone water proof) you will be stuck with the product because Nurecover will state that a product that has been opened cannot be returned.

Avoid

Same as another review I order the sauna / plunge pool bundle stating 3-5 days delivery and it’s now been 10. When chasing I just get an email with tracking info that says it’s still in china, not helpful at all. I’m now concerned about the quality of the item. Do not buy from here!

Complete scam, lied the entire time

I ordered the sauna and cold plunge tub on November 12th and was texted a link to track the order. It said that it was in transit 2 days later yet never arrived. It then said it was leaving a facility in China on the 15th, so it was clearly never in transit. Since then all of my information like shipping and billing address has disappeared, it says I'm not able to manage my orders with my email and to log in with a different one. And when I sign in through the actual website instead of the link in the text, it says that I have no orders at all. On December 9th it said it was delivered but still no sign of it. I emailed support and they said someone would be in tough in 24 hours. We'll at 930am the next day I still hadn't heard anything so I contacted my bank to dispute the transaction. Later that day I got an email from johny who had taken it upon himself to make a new order for me as there was a delay in shipping. I guess they never even sent it? All of this is very sketchy and I do not recommend buying from them. I told him not to send me anything and to just refund my money. If it even ever arrives I'm sure the products are garbage.

I wish I would have read the reviews…

I wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing from this company. Ordered the steam tent/ice pod. I received the ice pod December 13. The tent has been marked out for delivery since December 12.Multiple attempts have been made to contact someone in logistics and continually getting the run around.Will not purchase from this company ever again!
