Review Time
Truly awful. Not received my order and it’s been over a month. Been emailing the company and they still can’t give me an update and when I’ll receive the sauna and won’t issue a refund. Received a ‘free’ ice bath as part of the order so asked for a return address to send this back but they continue to tell me I have to pay to return it. Having to go through the bank to try and get my money back. Tried to ring to actually talk to someone to get my complaint resolved but it rang once and said all agents are busy. Delivery says 3-5 days, so that’s well and truly passed. Yet they still won’t help me in any way shape or form. And I don’t know why I should be expected to pay to return an item based on not receiving the item I actually ordered
Ordered an ice bath 10 days ago, said 3-5 days delivery. Tracking states it's not going anywhere and getting hold of the support team appears useless too. Just be mindful if you're ordering now. I understand it's a busy time, but their responsibility to change the delivery time as I was going to go with a different company who were cheaper but had a longer delivery. Why does it take a poor review on trust pilot to get a response? Your team asked me what my reference number was, 5 days ago. I have emailed 4 times since then and nothing, but you're happy to take my money as quickly as possible?Anyone reading this now (23rd December), still no ice bath, ordered on the 10th and no idea when if/it'll arrive. In answer to my question of a refund, both times it's gone unanswered.....
This company uses shady sales tactics, has very slow customer service, provides false information. Do not purchase. First off, the website promises shipping from within the US, with 3-5 business days. This did not happen, and 3 different tracking numbers provided all took you to different countries. Second, prior to leaving the first stop in shipping, I contacted their customer support, only to be told 2 days later that they can’t stop it, and I’d have to wait for the product to arrive before starting the return. The product arrived, and I contacted them immediately notifying them, for it to still take a full week of their customer service not helping with a return, just back and forth with one sentence at a time. Save your money and buy from a better company.
It’s a scam. The sauna doesn’t get above 110 degrees when advertised 160 with a feel like of higher. When asked about returning for refund, I have been told that that refund are not given and just replacements for what’s wrong. Technically nothing is wrong with the device or system it just doesn’t do what they claim. Maybe because the zipper shows day light? I don’t know but it’s not what they claim it is
We purchase our sauna 9 months ago & love it! Last week the motor died in our heater. I contacted Nurecover and they asked me a few simple questions and wanted a video. No hassle from customer service, just pure top notch customer service and replaced our heater. Thank you!
I purchased beginning of December& still have not received everything for the ultimate bundle purchase with all the extras like I've tray, away Mat, towels& robe. Customer service& response time terrible. False 5 day delivery guarantee. Instructions terrible.
Worst company in the world. Wish I did research before buying. F Rating with the BBB. 35 complaints and none of them responded to. I wasted $1000 on my wifes XMAS present, the pod chiller is broken and doesnt work. They have ignored over 25 emails for support. I have the warrant which is not being honored. I wasted money on that. Also, they have a refund guarantee which is not a guarantee. If you can purchase from anywhere else do it. I promise you that you will regret using these people. Theres like 50 of us commenting on their social medias and they just delete the comments. I found their founder and he blocked. These guys are the worst company in the history of business. NEVER USE THEM EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER!!!! I promise you. My wife has been in tears since we spent all this money and they wont shit. SHAME ON THEM> SHAME ON NURECOVER YOU ARE A JOKE!
We placed our order the first week of December. I was told our order had shipped. I was given a tracking number for FedEx and it said it was sitting in Carson, California as of December 12th with a “shipping exception”. I sent this company multiple emails asking for updates and or a refund. I have not heard back from them as of today. I contacted FedEx directly today, they stated they do not have the order. I have yet to hear from Nurecover regarding a solution to this problem.
