Review Time
I have not received goods ordered for a Christmas present. Sauna (with free ice bath) was ordered on 29 November. Ice bath arrived quickly but sauna still hasn’t arrived. Chasing emails sent to Nurecover and no response from them.
They have no customer service team, only AI and automated responses which makes communication almost impossible. I tried to cancel an order immediately after it was placed in error and didn’t receive a response for 4 days on the day it was shipped. The response was we can’t cancel orders because our order placements are so fast and efficient but contact us after you get it and we can work on getting it returned. I’m going to return it but can’t imagine how long that will take with this response time.
Ordered on 29/11/24 and still no sign of the order, considering shipping was estimated at 3-5 working days..? Yet to receive a reply after leaving a message on x2 separate occasions. Haven’t had the product yet and already feel like returning if/when it arrives.They responded to the review this morning saying they’d follow it up and I still haven’t heard anything. Will be requesting a refund.
Stay away from this product. I ordered one and they shipped and billed me for two. I tried cancelling immediately after via phone and email multiple times. I received the first email a week later saying it was too late to cancel. It’s been incredibly hard to get responses and I can’t even get instructions on returning. Very frustrating and they still have my money almost a month later.
If I could give them a zero I would! I never received the product, they have not issued a refund and I can't get anyone live! Horrible!! DO NOT BUY FROM NURECOVER!! Order number is NU300437! I want my money refunded immediately!! *The only response I want is that you have refunded my money!!
I bought this during the Black Friday Sale, extremely excited to use it! I just opened it today and setting it up was extremely easy. Unfortunately, once I started filling it up with water, it started to leak where we twist the both valves on. One leak was faster than the other. Tried making it tighter but when doing so, it would eventually come loose and just leak more water. Super disappointed, as I don’t want to waste water and constantly fill it up each day.
Effective but way over priced, the plastic frame and the red light set up is laughable. I did the promotional deal with a free ice bath, but since I added a discount code it eliminated the ice bath, but my cart pictures didn't reflect that. Customer service and a manger reviewed and required me to pay for the ice bath. So just another company making cheap products with a crazy markup, and does not prioritize customers or bottom line.
