Incredible! I’ve used my Nurecover sauna for a while now - well made, convenient and I can notice the health benefits by using it regularly! It’s super easy to assemble and I love using it most nights! It doesn’t take up too much room and it’s great quality and looks lovely in the corner of my room!
Ordered the pro sauna on the 4th of November and despite it saying roughly 5 days delivery I am still waiting for the product. All as I have got from customer services in the last two weeks is 'sorry for the delay, we will update you soon' l, which they haven't updated me once. Phone lines are automated and knowone calls you back after leaving a message.I am still waiting now!
I am in the military stationed overseas, and there was a delivery issue. They reached out to me by email and made everything work. I received the sauna and less than two weeks took me just a couple minutes to put it together and was amazed by how effective this little portable sauna is, definitely one of my favorite purchases ever
I am totally in love with my Nurecover red light therapy and steam sauna and the cold plunge has added a whole new level to my health regimen. Great value, fast delivery and amazing service and quality. We have been so impressed and want them for everyone in our family. Best 30 minutes of our day!
Sauna was ordered two weeks ago with advertised delivery 3-5 days. Calling customer service doesn't help as they advice to wait more. If I would want shipment from China I would use Ali-express which is 4 time cheaper and would probably arrive quicker. Horrible experience as it was present. They scamming people with delivery dates. To many reviews with same problem shows that this is SYSTEMIC.
The sauna never got hot. Likely because the tube/piping from the steamer to the unit was missing from my order. I had to makeshift one because when I asked for one to be sent they wanted me to take apart the sauna and take a picture of every single piece. The ice pod was fine but the hose attachment, didn't fit a standard hose (at lease in the US). Customer service was completely unhelpful. Would definitely not recommend because of the quality and the customer service. Huge waste of money
