Review Time
I ordered a printed manual and order to keep the size of the images I submitted. It turned out they were too small. I spent another $100 and got the fit to paper size thinking that the images would be enlarged to fit the paper...that is what the icon shows when you click on it, the IMAGES are enlarged. When I received the second manual, it was exactly the same as the first. Their explanation was the white space on my page is included in that "fit to paper" and "keep size" and "fit to paper" would be the same. Why even have two options then? Why have icons that show the IMAGES would be larger in "fit to paper"?! It is completely deceiving. Now I am out of a $100 for another completely unusable item. Needless to say, office depot/office max will not receive anymore of my business and I will be sure to spread the word about my experience to others.

Terrible customer service by store manager. Poor quality print yet won’t admit their mistake. Do not recommend.Possibly the worst customer experience from the store manager this afternoon. We needed booklets on short notice for tomorrow, but when we picked up the booklets all the white colors across the brochure were VERY off and there were white lines on the corners of every page. The above issues weren’t shown in the computer preview and we even called before ordering to confirm that the preview was what we could expect the booklet to look like.Not only was the print quality far from good, the store manager was extremely rude — the lady who serviced us was kind enough to offer a full refund and sent us home with the order because we had no choice but to use these booklets for tomorrow.The store manager yelled at us as we walked out with the boxes saying “what are you doing?! I can’t let you take that?”. He was probably going to throw out the booklets anyway. He then proceeded to argue that the messed up white color was that way because “we provided poor quality photos”. This statement we know is untrue because the lady at the print desk who helped us had told us that the store has been experience printer issues, so this error can happen.So we ended up having to pay for half of the order ($150). We initially upgraded the text and paper quality but this print quality was far from what we expected. Our business pride itself on high quality products and this print job destroys our brand image. But we had to pay for the booklets and use them anyway cuz of the store’s mistake and unwillingness to admit or rectify it.Do not recommend going to this store, and now that I’m looking at previous reviews, can understand why.
The employees of the office depot store are very rude and unknowledged. I went to the store o. Sam Rittenburg blvd. in Charleston and was met with employees who continued watching me makeing an inkjet selection when i questioned them (2) standing on the floor not doing anything, i was told to check the products on the aisle.Maybe this is why your prices are so high, are we paying for employees who just stand around on the floor and have no knowledge of your products.I don't want to shop there again ever!!!
I will NEVER do business with Office Depot AGAIN! I ordered my mom a desk in late July because it was $450 savings. It was to be delivered 8/2. My mom didn't check her email so I checked in on 8/3 because they never delivered it. Turns out we needed to set up an appointment so I called Saia immediately and set it up. It was to be delivered 8/4 from 1-5. 1-5 came and went with no delivery. Couldn't reach anyone at Saia regarding the appointment not being kept. Got a hold of someone in customer service and he said he showed the shipped was being returned to Office Depot. I spent an hour on chat with Office Depot who assured me that the product was going to be delivered and to contact Saia at a different number than the one originally given. Did that and got voicemail so left the message. NO response from anyone this morning so just called Office Depot to find out the product WAS returned to them at THEIR request and all they could do was give me a refund. NOW I lost out on the $450 deal! What a complete CROCK of CRAP!
