Review Time
I can't tell you how disappointed I am after a visit to the Foxcroft location in Martinsburg WV. I entered the store with the intent of laminating some paperwork for the protection it would provide. One solitary employee a distracted one was totally absorbed in something on his personal phone. I was not greeted. I walk to the rest of the store and to my dismay a sign there indicated that no one was working there and the services had been discontinued. I was in need of the men's room and when I entered it was shocked at the terrible state of it's condition. Everything about the room was filthy and I had scraps of toilet paper to use. It was a nightmare to say the least. Then I went to the front to ask the guy where I might find plastic sleeves for my documents. He pointed back from where I had been and said aisle 8 and 9. He couldn't have bothered with me. The phone of his was obviously more important. The store had aisle after aisle with mostly empty shelves! It looked like the store was closing. What an experience to say the least. Not going anywhere near that place!!
Horrible policies/customer service. Called to cancel order 2 hours after placing it and was told it was already 'in process', not cancelable, but could be returned once received. It didn't ship for another 4 days anyway. Customer service won't allow returns until the vendor approves it? Item was purchased from Office Max, not a third party. There is no number for their resolution center available and promised call backs from supervisors, etc. were never received (0/3). So, I'm stuck with 200usd of electronics I can't use from a company that sells things on their website from other vendors without notice for the customer, won't honor their sales or communicate with their customers. I'd steer clear unless you want paper or pens or something simple, inexpensive and without need for any possible customer service.
Third time i have went to office depot in 4 days and left with nothing. Today went in to get a binder 11×17 they didnt have it...said they could order it be here overnight...which became Thursday. I paid for it, now got an email stating the order was cancelled...which I already paid for! Chat line said this happens sometime!
This is the Lake City, Florida store. I needed something to gve to the man for Fathers Day...little cards...no pattern to go by. Marie of Print Services helped me SOOO much to find a design that was perfect and she really did a good job. Very pleasant and knowledgeable. She represents your company well.
I ordered a filing cabinet on 5/16/23 was promised a delivery date of 5/25/23. I also received a phone call about 4 days before the 25th asking if someone was going to be home. I waited all day and received nothing. I was told via text that I would receive it for sure on the 25th. I called customer support and was told I would receive a call within 24-48 hours and that my order was escalated. I called back today at 9:30 5/27 and still nothing I then requested a refund. I was told 3 to 7 days for a refund.
In early May I purchased a desk and hutch; at least that was my intention. The hutch was delivered, but the desk was on back order. I was not told this until they missed the delivery date. Of course, I canceled the order. After multiple trips to the local Office Depot store and phone calls to their customer service dept, I have received a partial but not a full refund. The store manager, in all fairness, apologized and did his best to fix my problem. The organization needs some serious changes if they expect to survive. I hope to never do business with Office Depot again.
Orland Park Office Depot review . I went into the store. Susanna was very polite helpful. I couldn’t have asked for a better service . Susanna took care of me she was very polite , helpful. I couldn’t have asked for a better service that she applied. She’s a very good worker knows what she’s doing.
Hi there. I was in Tuscaloosa last week and visited the Office Depot store. I had prints to be made.A very nice lady, new to the Copy & Print department was great! She deserves 5 stars! Her name started with an A. However, the older lady, starting with letter R, had ZERO TACT. Her customer service and apparent teamwork skills was difficult to experience. “A” (because we aren’t allowed to give name) was very cheerful, helpful, and professional. She was alert and listened. She gave me advice and helped with my needs. The ship started sinking when the older lady in print started giving her input. When the other lady asked her questions, she treated her like garbage. She couldn’t have been frowning harder. She ignored the both of us when asking for her help with my order. All I wanted was a collection of prints. Then suddenly the older employee blurted out something very odd and harsh. I can’t remember what this lady said because it startled me. Please have this lady “R” looked after. TACT goes far and despite the sweet one that helped, the older lady unfortunately could learn better customer service and professionalism. When you visit a store and an employee isn’t happy to be there, you know it and feel it! If it hasn’t of been for the sweet and helpful one, I would give this store a 1-star. Get more of the one that said she’s new because obviously the older one is burned out or angry at the world. She was also very rude to the lady she works with. I don’t see how anyone could work with her and from a customer view, I hope Office Depot sees how poor customer service can dominant an experience.
