Review Time
I was skeptical I had found the trainers i wanted on Offspring that were actually cheaper than anywhere else. I was a little apprehensive about placing my order after a saw the negative reviews but i was pleasantly surprised. Delivered 2 days after order. Would definitely order again.
Genuinely disgusted with the service. I have never given a company a one star review, because if there has ever been an issue, it has been solved, however, my issue with offspring has still not been solved; i have tried multiple time to contact them over the phone, which they do not answer (I have been on hold 6 times up to 12 minutes waiting per call), and their customer service over email is also appalling (A guy called Niall has been so insensitive regarding my issue and lacks simple etiquette when replying to my emails of complaint). There is no sensitivity around the board; I sent my shoes back for inspection because the leather on the shoe is defected, and they sent the shoes back to me with a letter claiming and blaming me for cleaning the shoe with 'inappropriate chemicals'. I sent the shoes double boxed to them, and the shoes were returned to me only in the shoe box, which arrived newly damaged as you would expect. Even the replies on this website are so heartless, as if they really do not understand their customers and are unwilling to solve any issues. I wish this experience was not as it was, however, for the amount of inconveniences caused by this issue.
I ordered my fella a pair of Y3 trainers, they came very quick that’s the only positive along with the price. The Y3 box that trainers are in is scuffed and damaged! Certainly aren’t new, the paper the trainers are in was ripped and torn, I’ve basically been sent a pair of trainers some one has sent back. The fact I’ve had to attempt to try and wrap the trainers propper as they should come in a new box is a joke. Very irritating really. I won’t be using them again and will certainly be telling everyone I know not too either.
offspring offer great choice and swift delivery , however the quality control at nike leave a lot to be desired . Issues may be considered minor by most but if you can notice then its off puttingthe footscapes seemed dirty and had a scratch. I exchanged the spizikes because the paint job was shabby . To be honest the 2nd pair were just as bad at this point I gave up. this is the first time I've had any problems.
My first time ordering from offspring and they let me down with my first order. Ordered a pair of shoes from them knowing they had them in stock when clicked through to purchase, a week has gone by without any information about my item or the dispatch of the item. Had to contact them about it, then they eventually replied back saying they couldn’t find a pair for me to be delivered? you kidding me? what sort of rubbish is this? It’s unacceptable and very disappointing. I will avoid this in the future with this company. terrible experience.
I had ordered the new Nike release on they day they came out only to have my order cancelled because I wanted to pick up the shoes from a store rather than have them delivered. I was told I would receive a second email to tell me how to reorder the shoes but the email was never sent. I never got my shoes so probably won't bother ordering with offspring again. The custom service I got over the phone was pretty rubbish as well, the person at the other end made it sound like it was my fault that I couldn't order the shoes
Ordered vans for my daughters birthday & holiday. Yodel lost parcel, so not delivered. Received no refund as of yet even tho yodel has confirmed they’ve not been delivered.£75 worse off, no trainers and a very disappointed birthday girl!!!!
