Refused a refund.

Delivery was quick but that's the only good thing I can say about this totally disastrous shopping experience. Had to send my order back but have only received part of the refund. Emailed them and was told they haven't received my parcel. Checked with courier who told me they had and also signed for it. 2 weeks later after numerous emails they then tell me they had received my parcel but the box inside was empty. Not only have they refused to refund my £50, customer service was shocking. One girl refused to let me talk to a manager and when I insisted she terminated the call. I would never recommended anyone to shop with them and I certainly won't in future. Extremely disappointed and seeking legal advice.

Excellent! Never a let down! 5***

The customer services from start to finish were excellent. Had to return items to store (items were bought online) and even that process was just as smooth as when I bought items which isn't always the case with other companies. Staff very helpful too! Returns not Offspring's fault, trainer manufacturer issues. No complaints with offspring and these aren't the first pair I have bought. Highly recommend, will always be shopping with them!

Very poor service wouldn’t use again! BEWARE!!!

Made an order and received confirmation that my item would be shipped. I then patiently wait the 3/5 working days to receive my item, over a week later an email pops up saying I have been refunded no apology or compensation for this matter poor service and I would highly recommend not to use OFFSPRING. Other companies value my customer service however I believe offspring do not!

I ordered 2 pair of Adidas EQT 93/17

I ordered 2 pair of Adidas EQT 93/17. One for me and my brother.About mine:It said on the website UK 7 is Europe 40. Which is the size I wanted so I ordered them. (On the mobile version it is different idk why, it said UK 7 is Europe 39,5, which would also be fine) I got the shoes today and the size is 40 2/3 which is too big. I called the intonational number on the website and it was like the number didn't exist, same with the UK number. I tried calling the number from their facebook and that was the right number. I talked to them and explained that their sizing on the website was wrong and the size I ordered was wrong because of that, and they just said the size guide was only for their own brand. Even though there was a size guide at the shoes themself.. They said they could exchange them for a size UK 6 (at my own cost) and I said if they were sure since I could see they were low in stock. Then they said they couldn't, and I could only get a refund. And I of course have to pay the shipping (Which form Denmark to UK with tracking is expensive) and I will not send them back because all the other trustpilot reviews says the return system doesn't work at all. So even though it is their fault they have a wrong size guide at the shoes, they want me to pay for shipping back.However if you are sure what size you should get, there wasn't any other problems. Shipping came in the time they said it would, and the shoes are fine. It is just the customer service that isn't good at all.UPDATE: They now offered me to pay for the shipping back. So thats good!

Worst delivery system ever i have …

Worst delivery system ever i have experienced waiting for a pair of nikes and its been 4 day, i paid r next day delivery and there still not here, the van would would go to the nexr road then drop my shipment back of to the depot and not deliver mine, absoloutly terrible.
