I ordered a pair of what I thought were limited edition Nike Stranger Things trainers, however when they arrived they were minus the limited edition pin badges!! I emailed Nike direct and they informed me that all pairs should come with the badges, however Offspring stated that they didn't receive any from Nike. Someone is clearly telling lies. I checked out another 10 UK retailers and they all advertised the trainers as coming with the badges!!The problems didn't stop there. I ordered what I thought was a UK size 8 as Offspring is a UK online retailer and they were advertised as an 8 with no reference to the equivalent EU or US sizes. When they turned up they did say Size UK 8 on the box, however as they are apparently US sizing that equates to an EU 42.5 which quite clearly is a UK Size 8.5. Why Offspring cannot or will not advertise the equivalent UK and US sizes is beyond me and another complete disregard for their customers.I obviously have had to return the trainers via Collect+ which is free with lots of other retailers but not Offspring, they will charge me £2.50 for the privilege. I contacted the customer service team via twitter today to try and find out when I can expect to receive my refund for the trainers they received back last week to be told "sometime in the next few days" What a wonderful thought out response. I'm sure they must of spent a lot of time investigating my return. In a word Offspring quite clearly don't care about their customers, cannot be bothered to try and provide meaningful answers to questions and will give you your money back whenever suits them.Absolutely and unequivocally I will never buy anything from them again.Oh yes they are part of the Office retail group who incidentally is in the process of closing numerous shops and attempting to arrange a CVA. That tells you everything about this company.Stay well away!!
Had my order cancelled twice in a row because the stock suddenly disappeared ( how convenient). Usually I would not be fussy about it but their whole social media hype/communication revolved around raffles and accessing the link to purchase timely, so what is the point when even if you reach the said link timely and complete the purchase they can cancel it as they wish.
Ordered a pair of trainers but was sent the wrong colour. I contacted to advise and was told by customer services that if I took them to my nearest Office shop that they would be able to reorder the shoes I originally wanted as they still had my size in stock. I did as suggested only to be told they were out of stock in my size. Terrible service all round.
I should've learned my lesson when my first order ($300 Adidas sneaker) arrived heavily damaged (without double box) during the UK-US international crossing. To their credit, they did address the issue with a small partial refund and telling me it was due to a mistake. So I decided to give them a second chance with another order. I emailed them to confirm that this new order (1 Ultraboost x Game of Thrones and 1 Jordan Patta, each worth over $200) will be double-boxed. They gave me their word that the shoes will be. Then lo and behold, the shoes arrived once again without double box like my first order. I wish I could post photos here, but 1/4 of the Ultraboost's shoe box was literally protruding out of the thin mail wrapping for everyone to see. Sure enough, the shoe boxes were heavily dented, ripped, torn, and bent while on their way from the UK to US without a proper double box. What an appalling way to receive your collectors' sneakers. This could've been easily prevented simply by putting the shoe boxes in another box before shipping... like they confirmed that they would. I'm literally speechless right now because I have never had this kind of experience anywhere else. How could you treat your customers with such carelessness, disrespect, and a lack of intregrity?UPDATE - After back/forth emails, they only agreed to refund my shipping fee without taking accountability for anything else. They kept claiming/lying that the shoes were double boxed (because their warehouse folks said so) even after I emailed them photos of a plastic bag they were shipped in (an experience shared by many other international reviewers here). Please do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else. Overkill shop in Germany and Foot district in Spain are much better at taking care of their customers.
