Offspring accepted and confirmed the order. Four days later I emailed to find out what had happened with it, only to be told items were sold out and wouldn't be sent. At no point was I informed they were sold out - I had to chase them for information. Clearly they don't have the basic essential digital systems in place to cope with the demands of online shopping. Best to go elsewhere and save time and disappointment.
