bought a pair of Saucony Grid Sd BOSTON PUBLIC GARDENS GREY -online like a lot of reviewers and received my trainers that had dirty soles - most likely worn outside and scuffs and stains on the suede - this is not on! trying to fob off a pair of trainers like this to me - I've purchased from offspring in the past and not had issues like this - the condition is completely unacceptable. Last time i use offspring

I'm quite disappointed I couldn't give no "Stars" in the rating above!! Deal with this company at your peril. I recently bought a pair of shoes from theses lying clowns last week. I thought my luck was in, a pair of adidas "Mounfield II" Spezial were available so I paid for a Saturday delivery. I checked the order status on Saturday morning and it was still "In progress" I decided to give them a call to make sure they were arriving so as I didn't sit and wait all day for them not to arrive. I was told they hadn't been dispatched as they weren't at the warehouse so the Saturday delivery shouldn't have been an option. (Thanks for letting me know). Ok that's fair enough. They would be now sent out on a normal delivery, again, fair enough. I then asked could I change the delivery address but that wasn't an option either until I got a dispatch email then they could change it???? Surely it's easier to change the address before you print out a dispatch label then have to cancel that one just to do it all over again.....ok, fair enough. This email I was told would be sent on either Sunday or Monday (27th or 28th of Aug). Still nothing by Tuesday 29th, called them back, I'd like to cancel this order please "I'm sorry you can't, it's went past the deadline" ok, fair enough...........could you confirm that this order is designated for me and it's not gonna be cancelled??? "Yes, these are designated for you & we'll send you a Confirmation email of dispatch" ok........fair enough. Checked order status today.......still "In progress" got in touch on Facebook messenger ( which I had done already in between phone calls) apparently Offspring try to reply in 1-2hours (my msg sent 6:40am, replied..........12:57 "your order is in the last stage of dispatch" "Once dispatched we will notify by email".........13:57 I get an update 👍👍👍 "sorry for all the issues you have been having, we've looked in to it & have had to cancel the order as we have no perfect stock left" Any pending funds will be returned to your account within 2-5days (this I don't get either??, although Offspring isn't the only company that does this, how come money gets taken instantly from my account but takes up to 5 days to put it back??) I was offered 20% discount on my next full priced purchase, next purchase!!! Are you taking the p***!!! Be well aware & stay away from the joke of a company👎👎👎👎👎😡😡😡😡😡

returns not refunded

I am a sneaker collector therefore a regular buyer from offspring. I had bought 3 pairs which I wasn't fond of therefore decided to send them back. It has been three months and I have only received a refund for one pair. The refund for other 2 pairs has been dragged on forever by offspring filled with endless excuses. They have now sent me an email stating they can not locate both the pairs, even though the tracking states all the 3 parcels were delivered to office holdings uk. Very disappointed with the way this has been handled and still awaiting the refund. Will be contacting omsbudsman and BBC watchdog soon.

Decided to buy 2 pairs of trainers even …

Decided to buy 2 pairs of trainers even with all the negative reviews on here. Adidas eqt and air max prime. Cheap as chips and arrived next day with Saturday delivery. No complaints at all.

No idea why this company has bad reviews!

I can't believe the amount of bad reviews about this company. I've had 3 pairs of trainers from them recently, the all came on time with the right sizes. No damaging to the boxes or trainers. Don't panic if the payment processing goes a little dodgy and brings up chinese writing at the end. You just need to cancel it and do it again, I've never been charged twice. Ordered some. Reebok Freestyles at 4:30 last night and they came at 9:30 this morning. I can not fault them or the amazing sales they have on trainers. 5 stars! Without a doubt!

I ordered three pairs of shoes

I ordered three pairs of shoes. Two of them are with scratches and glue stains, third pair is UK 7, but I ordered UK 5, and they take off two payments, they don't communicate. Horrible!!!!

Great experience!

Okay so I ordered from this website last week, maybe 5-6 days ago. I saw all these reviews and was so anxious because I was really psyched about getting these trainers on offer. I had emailed them and asked them questions on whether the shoe was still available etc, and got an email pretty fast, so customer service wasn't an issue for me. I chose click and collect and that was smooth too, the shoes are beautiful and honestly I'm so glad I had a positive experience with them. I got two pairs of Jordan's for a great price and I'm just sohappy with my purchase and my experience. Id suggest to everyone to pay through PayPal just invade you do have a negative experience. Thank you offspring!!

Charged Twice for Shoes I Won't Receive :(

Waited online to buy myself the gold 97's. I managed to cop a pair in my size. When I went to check out, the website started messing up. After I had entered my card details (twice) the website froze and said the stock was unavailable. Got a rubbish non-apology from customer service. Looking at my account today I realised I have been charged TWICE for shoes that I have been told are now out of stock and that I won't recieve. I am based in Australia so trying to now coordinate to get my money back....I don't understand why they would charge me if the shoes were available. What a fuckup.
