I wanted a pair or Nike shoes that is impossible to find in france. And by chance, I found them on this website in my size overall. So I ordered fastly because there was a low stock. After 5 days without news i've been obliged to send an email to the customer service who answer me that it was impossible to ship items that are only available in shop. But it's not written anywhere (or I didn't look for correctly). So what if I didn't contact them ? I were certainly still waiting.
I ordered a pair of shoes from offspring, they came and one of them was out of shape at the front. I sent an email to there customer services and got a template email back saying to return them. I returned them to an office store and got a refund because the girl in the store said there weren't any more pairs in the warehouse or in store. After I had left the store I looked online and they still had them in my size, so I ordered them a second time hoping they would be alright. When I received the second pair, they were worse than the first, completely out of shape. I rang customer services who said all I could do is return them and they couldn't give me any compensation because it's a sale item.Even though this is my first time ordering from them and I told them I wouldn't be ordering again if they couldn't compensate me in some sort of way for the inconvenience. I definitely won't be ordering from them again.
Every time I try to place an order the site does not allow me to go to the page to enter my credit card details. I tried this with the offspring site, the office site as well as the office app. I emailed customer service and they kept sending me in circles. Eventually asking me to call them. I do not recommend anyone bother with this site. It does not work and no one at the company seems to care at all. Their competitors (footpatrol, size? etc.) put them to shame in every way possible. OFFSPRING IS AN ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE ONLINE STORE AND THEIR CUSTOMER CARE IS EVEN WORSE! Stay away for you own sanity!
This is my 2nd order with offspring and the 2nd time my trainers have turned up with the box completely crushed/ripped , when I emailed them to inform them there answer was return the trainers and I will get a refund knowing full well all stockists have sold out of the trainers I purchased so I was never to own a pair unless I payed silly ££ off eBay I had to make do with what I had , I store all my trainers in there boxes as I am a avid collector , why oh why don't they change courier company's I don't know , suppose all down to saving ££££ and use the bottom end courier firms in 1 word pathetic.
I have placed an order for the NMD Primeknit in Tricolor Black on 26 December 2016, exactly at the time when it was released for sale (as I have waited for the countdown timer to expire). The website has a mechanism where "After selecting your size you will be placed in a queue for 1 minute whilst stock is added to your bag, after which you can continue to checkout". I believe that with this mechanism in place, customers who are able to add and checkout the item in the cart should be able to secure the shoes thereafter. And I received the order confirmation 5 minutes later, at 5.05pm Singapore time. After making the purchase, I repeatedly refreshed checked the website multiple times over a period of few hours and noted that the shoes in my size was still in-stock. Thus, this meant that the shoes was not exactly in huge demand. However, I received an email from Offspring today on 1 January 2017 notifying me that my order has been cancelled due to limited stock availability. This came as a huge surprise to me as the shoes did not sold out immediately, and I was able to place the order. Therefore, I feel that this experience is utterly ridiculous as if there is not enough stocks to go around, then the website should be updated to prevent more customers from purchasing. In addition, why implement the 1-minute add-to-cart mechanism when it serves no beneficial purposes at all?In addition, my emails and Facebook message were not responded to at all.I do not know the real reason behind the cancellation of my order but I feel that Offspring seriously needs to start looking into improving their operations so as to have more loyal and returning customers in future.I am left with no other alternate options to purchase this shoes from other retailers now since the shoes have sold out.My trust in Offspring has totally gone down the drain.WARNING: To other customers, please think twice with deep considerations before deciding to order from the website as I see the inconsistency in getting your order delivered eventually (just look at other reviews on Trustpilot).
Offspring has confirmed my recent order of NMD R1 Tri Color. However, after few days without getting my shipping details, I've dropped an email to check for my shipping/tracking details. To my surprise, I was told that my order has been cancelled due to no stock availability. This is really UNPROFESSIONAL of handling order and doing business!!!! Should if they have informed that they are out of stock in their website from the beginning, I could have buy from other website. Never trust this company again!!!!
