This is a disgrace of a company. I ordered shoes online from their website. When it came it was faulty. I messaged them about it and they told me that my item wasn't inspected before delivery.They told me that when they send out a faulty item they will pay the returns fee and for the exchanged item back to you.i sent the shoes back to them. A few days after I messaged them asking whether my shoes arrived to them. They told me that I was getting a refund.😡. I had to pay €10.50 to return the items back and they only refunded me the price of the shoes and the amount that I PAID for the initial delivery.I didn't get a single cent back for the return charge I PAID. WILL NOT BE SHOPPING HERE AGAIN
This must have been the worst experience I have ever had with buying anything over the internet. I read all the reviews, where everyone complains about they had bought a pair of shoes, where they afterwards had to contact their lousy support, where they get told it's out of stock. The exact same thing happened to me.I will never buy anything from this shop ever again, and I would not recommend anyone else to buy stuff from this place
After paying $25 for shipping I received my shoes in their original boxes shipped in a plastic bag, The box was severely damaged leaving the products of quite low perceived value upon opening. As a customer paying $160+ dollars, I only hope that at the least they'd ensure the customer receives and item of value, well treatment. This is their response. Unfortunately if this is the way they see things, then I can only assume it's mostly about profit, horrible customer experience.We are really sorry to hear this.Unfortunately boxes can become damaged on transit, especially when being shipped internationally.The box is there to protect the shoes from being damaged.Sorry for any disappointment.
They post inaccurate shoe size information on their website and refuse to take responsibility for it. I ordered a shoe using their size conversion chart and the size ended up not being correct. They would not pay for the return when I contacted them about this issue and refused to apologize for any mistake.
Ordered a pair of shoes to be delivered to the store. Waited 3 days and called in to the store however they knew nothing about then and said to call in a week later. Did that and still no sign of them. The store told me to contact customer care. Offspring kindly cancelled the order without notifying me and then when I asked why they said it was due to the fact that they couldn't deliver the shoes to the store but only to my home address which I found odd!
After send back my ugg slippers to Office customer services for them to be examined as they developed an unsightly mark and after cleaning them with the ugg cleaner they became discoloured. Office examined them and said that they cannot take any responsibility if the cleaner was used incorrectly which it wasn't and they were worn, which was three times so they are unable to take the slippers back as per their returns policy and had the cheek to state that they understood that wasn't the outcome I would have liked but hope I'll understand the reason why they couldn't accept them back, A £75 PAIR OF SLIPPERS (DISGUSTING ) just an exchange i would have been happy with. They just didn't want to accept responsibility, will avoid office at all costs. So much for the Christmas present from my son. They arrived back to me in a box, the way they were , was like " we're finished with these.now just chuck them in the box and send them back . NEVER AGAINShould be reported to trading standards the way they treat their customers
This is my second transaction with offspring both with the same results crushed shoe box but items inside are okay the thing I can't accept is the sudden increase in freight charges from 25 to 35 pounds this will definitely affect my ordering habits with this company instead of lowering they raised and because of this I may never order from them again as other online retailers offer lesser charges some even free delivery. Hope offspring can lower if not offer free shipping to customers here in the Philippines
