I ordered the LOW 1 GHOST sneakers but received a completely different model. When I contacted Olliver Gabell’s customer service, they claimed the sneakers are “unique, handmade” and therefore meant to look different from pair to pair. However, many details from the product shown on their website are missing, and the pair I received looks poorly made — almost fake. I’m very disappointed with their refusal to replace them. I didn’t order an “artistic” reinterpretation; I expected to receive exactly what was advertised. Think twice before buying from them.
Wow. Wish I had seen these reviews before placing my order in January. The first time I reached out to CS, I was told I would receive my order in February. Reached out again this week and this time I was told that they would ship them after they received their stock. Once they receive them their team will sort and ship. But again no date given. Unreal.
I recently ordered a pair of shoes two weeks ago and haven’t received them yet. This is my first time buying these shoes and the customer service has been disappointing. I emailed them two days ago and haven’t gotten a response yet or shipping number. Terrible customer service. My order number is 641977
The shoes are great, but the customer service is god-awful. I ordered a pair of shoes on March 15th, with the intention of wearing them to an event on the 30th. It has been 10 days and I have gotten no shipping updates. I emailed customer service and asked them to let me know if I will get my order anytime soon. No response. Oliver Cabell if you see this please help me out here. I will be leaving the state of my shipping address in 2 weeks and will be unable to receive the order after that.
Preordered two pairs of shoes from Oliver Cabell in July 2024. One of the pairs came a couple months later and the other never came. After 7 months, a wait far too long, I had to contact them to follow up on my order, only for them to tell me that it was out of stock. Writing this review as a warning to other customers that you need to follow up on your own orders as they will not bother to contact you, even if they are out of stock and unable to deliver. Please beware when making preorders with Oliver Cabell.
I bought a pair 4 years ago - leather inside and great premium feel. I lost one shoe by accident and decided to buy despite the bad reviews. Now they feel like cheap plastic and have cloth inside that make your feet sweat. The stonger old version didnt wesr and wrinkle easily at all. Ive been wearing these for 1 hour and there are already stretch marks at the foot to toe jointWhy dont you listen to your customers and go back to how it was?! If its not broke dont fix it . Happy to pay moreOr will just get common projects pay the full $ maybe betterPeople are happy to pay for quality but not happy to pay a medium-high amount for cheap feeling shoes.They do look ok tho but thats it
