Dishonest Company

Dishonest Company, Defective ShoesI ordered Oliver Cabell shoes expecting premium quality. What I got were defects: identical black marks on both shoes, caused by shoelace tips pressing in the box. Instead of owning up, customer service tried to pass this off as “part of the design.” That’s not honest—it’s deceptive. For a so-called luxury brand, this is unacceptable. Poor quality, dishonest service, overpriced. I’ll never buy again, and I strongly warn others to stay away.

I’ve received my shoes but surprisingly…

I’ve received my shoes but surprisingly I have recieved the shoes, however I have been charged 111,35€ (130,24 $$$$) please reimburse the money for me, if not Will have to sent the shoes back.Customs have charged me €111 for the shoes please return reimburse me. I have written many times to Support.

Shipping and Customer Service is horrible

Seems to be a recurring theme on this site. I have taken to social media and would recommend anyone to stay FAR away.I ordered 3 shoes and spent 600 dollars. it was not shipped in the 3-8 days as advertised when I reached out the snowball started.First, one of the pair they wouldn't have available to ship until December LOL. They let me know this was advertised on the website. I let them know that it 100000% did not say that, why would I give someone 200 dollars for shoes that I wouldn't get for 4 months.Then they tried to get me to switch to another pair, finally after 4 days and much back and forth, I got my refund (I would get it anyway through my credit card company).Then the other pair shipped, but didn't include the third pair. When I asked where that one was they said it was ready to ship. 5 days later it still hadn't shipped. When I followed up, I found out they lied to me and it wasn't ready to ship, but they didn't have enough in stock to fulfill the order and now its not expected until later October. I wouldn't touch this company with a 10 foot pole. Its been the most exhausting experience of my life.

Beyond low quality and customer service

I'd ordered many pairs of drivers in the past and hadn't realized there'd been changes. My new pebbles drivers arrived and I thought they were a joke. Honestly, the "leather" looks plastic and feels like it, too. The shoebox is the highest quality thing I received. This is my 6th pair from them, though first in two years, and I'd rather wear bread bags on my feet than them. Also, they were very late and when I contacted them, I received the worst AI-generated response.

2 months and they shipped to the wrong address

My Son ordered a pair of shoes in July. Was supposed to ship within 2 weeks. Never did, My son went back to college and i asked the customer service agent to change the address to his school address. They agreed. After back and forth for weeks and waiting almost 2 months for the shoes. They shipped to the incorrect address. It was a horrible experience and would not recommend this company.

Olive Cabell: Premium Prices, Zero Accountability – Never Again!

I’ve been a loyal Olive Cabell customer, buying THREE pairs of $200 shoes just this year alone. Unfortunately, after my latest experience, I will NEVER buy from them again.I ordered a pair of navy laces from their website, but what they sent me is dark grey—nothing like the product they advertise. I sent them multiple images comparing: • The laces they sent me vs. the actual navy laces I purchased from Amazon (which perfectly match my shoes). • Their product photos on the website vs. the reality.These images clearly prove they sent me the wrong color, yet they’ve been treating this like something they need to “contemplate forever” instead of fixing it. No urgency. No action. Just silence and delay.For a company charging premium prices, this lack of accountability and customer service is unacceptable. I’ve supported them with hundreds of dollars, but after this, I’m done. Buyer beware—don’t expect them to stand behind their products when they mess up.

Not a good experience

Shoes were delivered but not as appeared in the picture- C/S was responsive but the shoes had a no return policy - which they would not budge on even after I sent confirmation pictures of the shoes received and what was on their website- very disappointing experience- I will not be a repeat customer

Really bad experience

I paid for two day shipping. It took them 2 days just to print the shipping label. Shoes arrived after I left for my trip. I tried them on when I got home. They don't fit (run way too small). I initiated a return, but they're charging me a $20 admin fee.If you're going to present yourself as a high end brand, your service needs to match that.

Defiantly Would Not Waste My Money

I was really excited to finally purchase these shoes after waiting for so long, but my experience has been extremely disappointing. When they arrived, they looked like someone had spilled a drink on them or that they had been rubbed during transit. I contacted customer service to express my concerns, but they informed me that the damaged appearance was the “look I ordered” and that every pair is individual.To make matters worse, I had to pay AUS$45 to return the shoes, and I will be charged an additional USD$20 refund fee. I had always wanted a pair of these shoes, but now I’m completely disheartened. I don’t even want to exchange them for another pair because I can't trust that I’ll receive anything better than what I got. Please look at my pics and compare them to the ones on the website—there's no comparison. A huge letdown!

Fell apart after a year

Loved these shoes but they started to fall apart less than a year after purchasing and the company wouldn't stand behind their product, despite it being a clear warranty issue. The stitching on the heel came completely undone
